Disability as a social phenomenon is an undeniable fact that has always existed in societies from the distant past until today. This research was conducted with an exploratory nature and with the aim of designing a comprehensive model for the development of disabled sports in the country by using the foundation's data theory strategy. In order to present a model of the findings arising from the coded data, we tried to use the systematic approach in the foundational data theory presented by Strauss and Corbin. Purposive sampling method was used for sampling to conduct interviews.A total of 22 interviews were conducted with experts. Sampling continued until the research reached theoretical saturation and adequacy. The results show that 274 initial conceptual propositions with 11 main categories and 49 sub-categories in 6 dimensions of paradigm model including causal conditions (3 categories), central phenomenon (1 category), strategy (2 categories), intervening conditions (2 categories), The background conditions (2 categories) and the outcome (1 category) constitute the sports model of the disabled in the country. Based on the country's sports model for the disabled, it can be concluded that all identified categories should be implemented in order to develop the sports of the disabled.Successful disability was discovered and identified as a consequence of the development of disabled people's sports in this research, which indicates the creation of motivation and desire in the disabled person and other family members for sports, taking advantage of the experiences and capacities of disabled people and the strength of the family.
