The overall purpose of the study was to investigate the factors affecting the attraction of capital of individuals in the development of sports clubs through the stock exchange. The present study is a qualitative study that was conducted in the first half of 1399 by direct content analysis using the existing literature and interviews with 15 selected experts (by purposive sampling). In analyzing the literature on stock market investment methods, three categories of infrastructural, financial and transactional factors and the social context influencing the development of sports, were revealed which later expanded and completed through in-depth interviews. The analysis yielded 49 codes and 11 subcategories. Infrastructural factors (four categories of general and specific club facilities, revenue sources and management structure, appropriate support platform and club management structure) and financial and transactional factors (regulations, support platform and transparency); And social context (advertising, investment culture, social support and planning). Thus, capital attraction is affected by several factors that require comprehensive planning and national coordination. The weakness of each of the identified factors can delay the development of privatization.
