The current research is qualitative in terms of fundamental purpose and strategy. To collect data, interviews with experts and documentary methods were used. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the research data; which included library studies, content analysis method and review of 22 studies (domestic and foreign) and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of the research is all experts related to sports management, including sports and political management of the country, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. The interviewees were selected by non-random sampling of a targeted and available type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. In this method, based on Atrid Sterling's (2001) perspective, the theme network analysis tool was used. The results of the research showed the factors affecting national pride, foreign relations and demarcation with the enemy in the statement of the second step of the revolution in physical training and sports by J.A. Iran is open in five areas (Islamic system, revolutionary spirit, honorism, Jihadi management, international relations) 95 guarantors. According to the results obtained, the country's diplomacy is moving forward to help realize the goals of sports in the international arena. It is suggested to establish the Supreme Council of Sports of Islamic Countries centered on the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to advance the high goals of the Islamic system in international forums.
