Background&Purpose: The study is to Presenting a Development Model for the Application of Scientific Research Achievements with Emphasis on Sports and Youth. The research instrument was semi-structured interviews whose validity was confirmed and its reliability was calculated by Piecaste criterion of 0.94. In the test section of the research model from the point of view of stakeholders, the study was conducted quantitatively through a researcher-made questionnaire extracted from a qualitative model and using structural equation statistical software. Findings of the research According to the stages of research, the findings of documentary studies and findings of interviews were combined in the form of data theorizing method with the approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998).The mentioned data were identified in the form of 4 axes, 62 categories, 189 concepts and 238 open source (items) and in the heart of the 6 dimensions of the paradigm model as causal causes; The main and central category; Strategies in: at level 1 (operational management strategies with 4 categories), at level 2 (intermediate management strategies with 6 categories) and at level 3 (macro management strategies with 3 Category); Background conditions; Intervenor conditions; Conclusion: Finally, a series of library and research studies showed that according to causal conditions, in the main and central phenomenon of the development of the application of sports research, strategies at individual, intermediate and macro levels, in contextual conditions, intervening or mediating conditions and consequences in Presenting the application model of sports research, managers and policy makers of sports organizations can use the categories (dimensions), independent concepts and items of each section to present the proposed model to further develop the application of sports research.
