This descriptive-survey research examined relationship between the hour rate of social networks usage and social networks addiction, in one hand and couple conflicts and divorce tendency, in other hand. Statistical population was all of young couple between 18-29 years old. 422 men and women were selected as a sample size through convenience sampling method. For this reason, three questionnaires were used: Bergen Facebook Addiction Scale that was corrected and used for all social networks, marital conflicts and divorce prone. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19. Findings showed there were a positive significant relations between social network usage and addiction in one hand and couples’ conflicts and divorce prone, in other hand. This positive relation repeated in all component of marital conflict, such as reduction of cooperation, reduction of sex, reduction of relation with husband’s family, increasing of relation with own family, and reduction of effective relationship between couples. Findings showed that addiction to social networks significantly reduced the quality of marital life. According to these findings, it seems that Ministry of Sport and Youth should plan to promote the media literacy among target society to reduce undesirable effect of social networks.
