An aspect of social health relates to Individual dimension of social health which substantially considers human as a social organism. Happiness as something positive is vital to being healthy. It may be influenced by individual or environmental factors. The aim of this study is to examine the determinants of social happiness and despair among young men and women from the young’s and experts’ point of view. This research carried out by theme analysis. Statistical population consists of 60 people (47 young and 13 experts) selected by a purposeful sampling method. Findings revealed that external and social factors like economical problems, unemployment and underemployment had highest priority in social happiness. Conversely, personal factors such as motivation, religious beliefs, self satisfaction, health and personality were found to have limited role in social happiness. The same finding was found about social despair. The experts, unlike the youth argued that personal factors like life goal and identity seeking are more important in creating happiness or despair. So, we come to this conclusion that marriage, job, inter-family relationship and, much importantly and economic consistency are noticeable to make the youth become happy and satisfied. Therefore, planners and decision makers must refer to young peoples’ points of view to find what prevent them to stay happy.

Present study designed to review and investigate Programs, plans and activities in reduction of drug abuse demand among some of countries.
This qualitative, analytic-descriptive study applied an archival method to recruit data.
Main policies of most countries in decreasing demands to drug abuse consist of: Increasing awareness of community about risks and costs of drug abuse or consumption, life skills training, educating and substitution of adaptive behaviors in satisfying psycho-social needs, preparing counseling interventions while confronting life crisis, considering cultural and religious factors and principles, strengthening counter drugs’ laws and regulations, suggesting strategies to treatment and prevention of drug abuse. The strategies mostly focused on individual-oriented, training-oriented, school/teacher based, mass media, job environment, laws regulation and applying preliminary health care networks programs.
Documents and evidences indicate countries which investigated in the present study established integrated, comprehensive multidimensional programs on drug abuse prevention and crime preventive laws. It seems that considering quad dimension of human’s health along with satisfying social, economic and cultural issues in Iran, could act as an appropriate path map to prevent and reducing drug consumption.
