The purpose of this study was to examine the barrier and opportunities of women's sport in Bushehr and presenting their removal solutions. The research population was all of the athletes and coaches Bushehr, which 375 of whom were randomly selected as sample. The research instrument was was a five-point likert-type scale that consist of 45 items and its face and content validity verified by the experts and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha (α=0.91). Exploratory factor analysis was used to analysis of data. Results showed that the most important factor as an obstacle of women's sports was organizational and managerial factors by an average of 3.94±1.08. No medical adviser at sporting venues, with average of 3.84 ± 1.23 was the first priority of the managerial and organizational barriers. Lack of expertise experienced coaches with an average of 3.61 ± 1.21 was an first priority in expert team factors. Also the low quality sports equipment (mean 3.72 ± 1.33) and climatic conditions (mean 3.54 ± 1.07) as the most important in environment factor. In psychological factor, uncertainty about the safety sports halls with an average 3.94 ± 1.08 was reported as the most important priority. Lack of family support and encouragement ( 3/27 ± 1/44 ) was reported as the most important priority for social support factor. These results emphasize the need to meet the challenges of women's sports, it should be emphasize in organizational and managerial of sports and youth department.
