Data from the questionnaire coaching skills (degree-oriented coach) McLean et al and self-function is used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed with 15 cases of teachers in 1391. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaire coaching management was 0/89 and for questionnaire of performance 0/91 was obtained. The Descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kolomogrof - Smirnov, Binomial test, Spearman correlation coefficient and structural equation were used to analyze the data using software LISREL and spss17. The results showed that status of coaching among the staff of Ministry of Sport and Youth and their performance is appropriate. Also there is a significant relationship between dimension of coaching and coaching management and the staff performance.
