The purpose of this study was to identify the future factors of management of sports organizations in the era of exponential growth with a futures research approach. This research was in terms of combined methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and its design was simultaneous. In the qualitative part, the research strategy was environmental scanning and in the quantitative part, futures research was the method of interaction analysis. The statistical population of this study was experts and review resources that were purposefully selected based on theoretical saturation and secondary sources with 17 experts from sports organizations including university professors, staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, National Olympic Committee. And were presidents of sports federations The interview was conducted and in parallel, 9 Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and checklists in the qualitative section and questionnaires in the quantitative section. For data analysis in the resource review section, the systematic method, in the interview analysis section, the coding method and in the future section, the structural analysis method with the help of MICMAC software have been used. The findings showed that the future of management of sports organizations is affected by 36 factors and among them 7 driving forces, namely multifaceted organizations, team building, systems thinking, fast decision making, flexible and dynamic, new division of labor with a new management model, Is change. The traditional alignment of sports organizations and teamwork skills outside the organization are the driving forces behind possible future options for managing sports organizations.
