The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of phenomenological study of social contexts affecting the body management of young women on the verge of marriage. The present research was one of the qualitative researches that was carried out in the field. The qualitative method used in this research was phenomenological. The participants in the current research included young women on the verge of marriage in Shiraz. The participants in this research were selected using purposeful sampling and with the approach of selecting homogeneous sampling and at the same time observing the maximum diversity. This problem was formed until theoretical saturation was reached. Finally, 15 interviews were conducted in this regard. The data collection tool in this research was a semi-structured interview. In order to analyze the data, thematic analysis was used. The results showed that there are 6 main themes and 44 sub-themes. According to the results of this research, the social factors affecting the body management of young women on the eve of marriage were identified in 6 sections, including lifestyle, fashion, social acceptability, Job, roles and social class, and education.
