The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ethics, professionalism and social responsibility on the satisfaction of athletes in Iranian sports clubs through mediating variables of professional commitment and modifier of sports history. Is. The statistical population of the study included selected athletes working in the country's sports clubs (592 athletes) who were selected by simple random sampling method. To collect research data from Cadozier (2002) Professional Ethics Questionnaire, Carol (1991) Social Responsibility Questionnaire, Reimer and Chaladorley (1988) Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire, Mir and Allen (1993) Professional Commitment Questionnaire and Sports history questionnaire that was assessed as a closed answer. Partial least squares method was used to analyze the data obtained from the study. Findings showed that professional ethics has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment. The results showed that social responsibility has an effect on professional commitment. Also, professional ethics had an effect on athletes 'satisfaction and the effect of social responsibility on athletes' satisfaction was obtained. The results showed that professional commitment and sports history had an effect on athletes' satisfaction. The findings also showed that professional commitment between ethics, professionalism with athlete satisfaction and social responsibility with athlete satisfaction can be considered as mediating variables. The results indicate that sports history can be used as a moderator between ethics, professional satisfaction with athletes and social responsibility with satisfaction of athletes.
