The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of designing a lifestyle pattern for young athletes in health crises. This study was a combined method of mixed exploratory research projects. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes university professors, athletes and champion coaches (15 people) and the statistical population in the quantitative section includes all male and female professional athletes in all individual and team sports in Hamadan province. 225 professional athletes were identified in Hamadan province. Research questionnaires were distributed among them and finally 195 questionnaires were returned correctly. The sampling method was qualitative and purposive in quantitative part. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding in the qualitative part and the method of structural equations in the quantitative part were used. In the qualitative part of the research, it was found that the categories were identified in the form of 17 categories and 79 concept codes and were placed in the heart of the six dimensions of the paradigm model. It was found that in order to change the lifestyle of athletes in four areas of sleep, nutrition, leisure and communication, which is affected by supportive, economic,family and individual factors; Guidelines such as training strategies, facilities and services, and finance can be adopted. Underlying conditions affecting strategies include socio-cultural factors and facilities and services.The intervening adversary is also the media, knowledge, and policies and laws.

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the key drivers of developing the professional competencies of managers in order to improve the performance of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth using futures research. The type of research is applied and analytical-exploratory in nature. A group of 20 selected professors familiar with the professional competencies of managers and staff performance and some current and former selected managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth were selected by standard sampling for qualitative interviews on the subject of research. Then 15 people from the statistical community of the previous section announced their readiness to perform cross-sectional analysis. To analyze the data, a combination of panel experts and Mikomak cross-effects were used. Findings showed that the drivers of the development of professional skills of managers to improve the performance of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in order of effectiveness, are: communication, personality traits, professional ethics, programmatic, Learning, organizational culture, flexibility, job and organizational commitment, organizational structure, management style, creativity, organizational citizenship behavior and leadership style. Managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth are advised to use key drivers to develop and improve their professional competencies to improve the performance of their staff.
