The aim of the current research was the legal pathology of conspiracy in Iranian football. Based on the content of the subject and the objectives of the research, it is qualitative and based on data-based theory. The statistical population of the research included 14 football experts in the legal department and pathology of conspiracy . The sampling method was purposeful judgment and the interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner. In the final pattern; Causal factors (supervisory deficiencies, individual deficiencies, media deficiencies, and management deficiencies) are the reason for paying attention to the central phenomenon (the pathology of conspiracy in Iranian football) and its use strategies (cultivating and improving the process of signing contracts, providing laws and continuous revision, improving financial dimensions). and the development of information dimensions) in terms of intervening factors (intervening government issues, internal market issues, individual issues and sports issues) and existing contexts (processes before agreements and transactions, processes during agreements and transactions and subsequent processes) of agreements and deals) in the research, it has positive consequences in (reducing the negative effects of conspiracy , improving the individual skills of players and improving the atmosphere of professional sports). purpose: the aim of the research was to identify the factors of Iran's failure in international sports claims centered on football.Method: According to the nature of the subject and research objectives, the method is qualitative and based on the theory derived from the data. The statistical population of the research was 25 football experts. The interview with the statistical sample was selected purposefully.Findings:Causal factors ( not being familiar with the legal rules and regulations of sports, not paying attention to the basic conditions of the authenticity of the transactions and the nature of the sports broker) caused attention to the central phenomenon (factors of Iran's failure in international sports lawsuits with a focus on football) and the strategies of its use (making use of the existing sports rules, training and information) in terms of intervening factors (differences in the rules and regulations of the football federation, differences between clubs,differences arising from players' conditions, differences between clubs and players) and context existing issues (obligations of brokers, not paying attention to the rights and obligations of clubs, not paying attention to the appropriate rights and obligations,) in the research, positive consequences in (improving the international image of sports, improving the legal issues of sports,.Conclusion: In the end, the parties to sports contracts should know the principles and framework of sports contracts and the clauses affecting the reduction of disputes and common football lawsuits and comply with them, it is also necessary to provide the necessary information in this field.
