The present study was conducted with the aim of the effect of talent management on organizational agility with the mediating role of cybernetic management in Iran Weightlifting Federation. In terms of purpose, the research was applied, and in terms of the nature of implementation, the correlation was based on structural equations. The statistical population of the research included all the employees of the weightlifting federation and members of the weightlifting committees in the province, 251 people were selected as a sample based on the sampling method. Worley and Lawler's standard organizational agility questionnaires (2010), Swim's talent management (2009) and Baum's cybernetic management (1998) were used to collect data. The collected data were analyzed using structural equations in AMOS software version 24. The results showed that talent management (0.43) and cybernetic management (0.42) have a direct effect on organizational agility in Iran Weightlifting Federation. Also, the findings of the research showed that talent management has a direct effect on organizational agility (0.43) through the mediation of cybernetic management to the extent of (0.21) on organizational agility and improves organizational agility. As a result, it can be said that talent management through the mediation of cybernetic management can be an effective step towards speeding up the agility of the weightlifting federation.
