purpose: the aim of the research was to identify the factors of Iran's failure in international sports claims centered on football.Method: According to the nature of the subject and research objectives, the method is qualitative and based on the theory derived from the data. The statistical population of the research was 25 football experts. The interview with the statistical sample was selected purposefully.Findings:Causal factors ( not being familiar with the legal rules and regulations of sports, not paying attention to the basic conditions of the authenticity of the transactions and the nature of the sports broker) caused attention to the central phenomenon (factors of Iran's failure in international sports lawsuits with a focus on football) and the strategies of its use (making use of the existing sports rules, training and information) in terms of intervening factors (differences in the rules and regulations of the football federation, differences between clubs,differences arising from players' conditions, differences between clubs and players) and context existing issues (obligations of brokers, not paying attention to the rights and obligations of clubs, not paying attention to the appropriate rights and obligations,) in the research, positive consequences in (improving the international image of sports, improving the legal issues of sports,.Conclusion: In the end, the parties to sports contracts should know the principles and framework of sports contracts and the clauses affecting the reduction of disputes and common football lawsuits and comply with them, it is also necessary to provide the necessary information in this field.
