The purpose of this research was to present the model of inter-organizational coherence in the implementation of the policies of the National Olympic Committee. The research method was descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose. The research data was collected in the field and in a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) way. The statistical sample in the qualitative section was 18 Olympic sports experts who were purposefully selected based on their expertise, experience, theoretical mastery, willingness and accessibility. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included the officials and experts of the National Olympic Committee of Iran and the officials of 28 Olympic Federations equal to 502 people, of which 217 people were selected randomly as a sample based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, including 43 indicators of inter-organizational cohesion in the National Olympic Committee and a structured self-interaction form, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sports management professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.89). In this research, interpretive structural modeling technique was used to level the components. Based on the findings, in the dimensions of organizational integration, inter-organizational relations, inter-organizational coordination and joint responsibility, 43 effective indicators on inter-organizational cohesion in the implementation of Olympic sports policies were identified in the form of 14 components, and the research model showed the structuring of the components in seven levels. will facilitate the achievement of inter-organizational coherence in the implementation of Olympic sports policies.
