The current research is a descriptive research which, from the point of view of the objective, is one of the applied researches that was carried out in the field. The current research method is a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research included all the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and sports federations, but the exact number of these people was not available. According to Cochran's formula of sample size in the condition of uncertain population size; a total of 384 people were identified as the research sample. Available sampling method was used to select research samples. The data collection tool included a standard questionnaire. Structural equation method was used to examine the data of this research. The entire research analysis process was carried out in Ghalib SPS version 20 and PLS version 4 software. The results of this research showed that rude behaviors have a significant effect on responsibility (effect = -0.229; t = 3.169), intention to relocate (effect = 0.393; t = 3.425) and work participation (has an effect of -0.620; t=7.873). The results also showed that responsibility (effect = -0.193; t = 4.290) and work participation (effect = -0.369; t = 12.555) have a significant effect on relocation intention.

This study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the role of religious institutions in reducing ethnic conflicts in sports. The background of the research lies in the growing ethnic tensions observed in certain sports events and the ineffectiveness of formal mechanisms in preventing and managing such conflicts—an issue that highlights the necessity of utilizing cultural and religious capacities to foster social cohesion. The study employed a qualitative approach based on the grounded theory method in its systematic form. The research population included sports managers, cultural officials, clergy members, local elders, referees, social experts, and media professionals within multi-ethnic contexts. Sampling was carried out purposefully and theoretically, resulting in a total of 20 semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data were collected concurrently and analyzed through the constant comparative method in three stages: open, axial, and selective coding. Findings revealed that the causal conditions included the historical and identity-based nature of ethnic conflicts, weaknesses in governance and media structures, and the absence of effective religious models. The contextual conditions were identified across four dimensions: socio-cultural status, sports policies, the capacity of religious institutions, and the media environment. The intervening conditions included governmental will, the social legitimacy of religious institutions, the flexibility of sports organizations, and media dynamism. In response to these conditions, five main strategies were identified: activating religious capacities for interethnic dialogue, reforming cultural policy-making in sports, empowering sports institutions in diversity management, recreating unity-oriented media narratives, and establishing collaborative networks among religious, sports, and civil institutions.

The purpose of this research was to provide a model of organizational whistleblowing in sports organizations in order to reduce violations. The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the Foundation's data method (Strauss and Corbin's structured model), which was conducted in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection in the field. The statistical population of this research includes experts who are familiar with the dimensions and components and criteria of organizational whistle-blowing, including university professor researchers (at least two studies in the field of organizational ethics, organizational whistle-blowing, organizational disclosure and other related variables) and current managers and The former are sports organizations (with management experience of more than 5 years) that were selected by purposeful or theoretical sampling (21 people). Acceptability, transferability and verifiability methods were used for the validity and reliability of the research. The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding, and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigm model was approved by the opinion of experts. Organizational whistle-blowing pattern in sports organizations in order to reduce violations, affected by causal conditions (organizational, individual, occupational, communication, nature of violation and leadership style) and considering extractive strategies (management and deterrence) that are affected by background conditions (structure) organization, rules and regulations, infrastructure and facilities).

The aim of the present study was to develop a model of community happiness development with the mediating role of public sports. The present study method is a qualitative approach using the data-based method (Strauss and Corbin systematic model), which was conducted in the field in terms of fundamental purpose and data collection. The statistical population of the present study includes the heads of sports boards and federations, public sports elites, athletes, managers of sports organizations, other experts in the field of sports development, psychologists and sociologists who are experts in the field of happiness at the national level, who were selected by snowball sampling (17 people). The qualitative approach of grounded theory (grounded theory) was used for open, axial and selective coding of data analysis and open coding was performed by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, axial codes were formed and a theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigmatic model was approved by experts. The model of community happiness with the mediating role of public sports, influenced by causal conditions (individual, managerial and environmental) and taking into account extractive strategies (motivational, educational and organizational) that are influenced by contextual conditions (infrastructure and facilities, cultural and laws and regulations) and intervening conditions (finance, health and lifestyle), can lead to psychological/behavioral and economic consequences.
