The general purpose of the current research is to provide a model of sports ethics among professional coaches in Iran. The current research is a qualitative-quantitative research in which a model based on the moral values of Iranian professional trainers is fitted using the foundational data theory approach. The statistical population of this research includes all professional coaches of various sports fields, which interviews were conducted until the theoretical saturation and lack of access to the code. The research sample in the quantitative section includes 384 people from the community of educators who completed the questionnaire prepared in the qualitative section. The information collected from the questionnaires was used to model structural equations. Descriptive and inferential statistics indicators were used to describe and analyze the research data. The findings of the present research showed that the consequences of designing the sports ethics model of Iranian professional coaches include four social, communication, ethical and organizational domains. Ethical procedures include educational, moral, social and sports strategies, ethical foundations include belief, individual and family foundations that can play a significant role in institutionalizing the sports ethics model of professional coaches. At the same time, paying attention to religious standards, media and organizational requirements are among the ethical priorities of the model, and cognitive, individual, social and organizational issues are among the causal conditions that affect the design of the sports ethics model of professional coaches.
