The purpose of this research is to present the development model of media capital of ethical athletes. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of the research included professors of sports management, selected ethical athletes of the country at the professional level, and journalists, editors and managers of sports media. The statistical sample was estimated and sampled based on reaching theoretical saturation (17 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The data obtained from the theme analysis method and the theme network formation show that the dimensions and components of media capital of ethical athletes have 6 organizing themes and 33 basic themes. The use of traditional media, the use of virtual media, media participation, media facilities, media literacy and communication are among the factors of the media capital model of ethical athletes. The obtained results can be used for the development of ethical behaviors in the society and provide the context for modeling ethical athletes in the sports community.

And sports experts and students formed three scientific, executive and sports groups. In the qualitative part, purposeful sampling was done with 18 theoretical saturation interviews. The sample size of the research in the quantitative part includes 260 people from the mentioned society. The sampling method is simple random. The tool of this research was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was developed according to the interviews of the qualitative section and the emerging codes. In order to describe the variables of the research, descriptive statistics indicators and Friedman's test were used to test the research hypotheses. From the qualitative data analysis, 89 open codes were obtained, 16 core codes and 8 selective codes were obtained. The results of the quantitative part showed that there is a significant priority between the dimensions of social responsibility of national sportsmen and the obtained priorities include social responsibility, political responsibility, economic responsibility, sports responsibility, legal responsibility, humanitarian responsibility, and media responsibility and environmental responsibility.

The study is to explain the relationship between Internet hatred and social security and enjoyment of adolescent athletes with respect to the mediating role of attitudes toward social media. The research method was descriptive-correlation based on structural equations. The statistical population was included all adolescent athletes who some bodies were selected as a sample according to the Morgan table for the unlimited population and the cluster sampling method. In order to collect data after measuring validation and reliability, Gilbert et al.'s (2009) Social Security and Pleasure Questionnaire, Davis Social Media Attitude (1998) and Pachiko and Milhovish (2018) Internet Hate Questionnaires were used. The data analysis was used with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test and structural equations) through SPSS and Amos software.
The results showed that “Internet hatred” was of a negative effect on “social security and pleasure” with a path coefficient (β=-0/31) and “social media attitude” of adolescent athletes with a path coefficient (β =-0/24) had a significant effect. Also, “social media attitude” was of a positive and significant effect on “social security and pleasure” of adolescent athletes with path coefficient (β=-0/46). Finally, the study of the role of the mediating variable showed that the attitude of social media had an indirect and significant effect on the social security and enjoyment of adolescent athletes due to the spread of Internet hatred. The research findings pave the way for further research in this area, especially the spread of Internet hatred.

After initial estimates, their number included 150 people. The data collection tools included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to evaluate the research findings, open, axial and selective coding in the qualitative part as well as sign test and structural equation test in the quantitative part were used. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS and PLS software.
The results showed that the causal conditions affecting the development of tax policies in Iranian professional football, including legal aspects, managerial aspects, regulatory aspects, human aspects, databases, cultural characteristics, financial status, organizational support and technical infrastructure. The right to privacy in addition to its ethics significance weighs a particular legal position at national and international domains in today’s world. The international law has attempted to protect people’s right to privacy as the human rights issue finds its validity throughout the world. In international law sources particularly in legally binding instruments under international law including European Convention on Human Rights, this privacy has been recognized as a right. The European Convention on Human Rights explicitly expresses the athletes’ right to privacy, calling for separate regulations to be passed over it. Taking an exact stock on the performance of the European Court of Human Rights against the claims related to the violation of Article 8, by analytical-documentary study method and comparative study of cases, European Court of Human Rights reflecting the right to privacy issue, the present essay has shown that the court afore cited is considered as the most advanced and internationally recognized legal court. While protecting and exercising the provisions of the mentioned article in the light of its procedure with an aim to give supports to athletes' health, the court in addition to fostering the athletes' right to privacy has also managed to develop this trend. The conclusion is that the European Court of Human Rights has acted in accordance with the principles and objectives of the European Convention and has taken a consistent and fair approach to compliance with human rights principles and standards in the face of allegations of invasion of privacy.

Evaluating the sporting talents to take advantage of their potential is a necessity for every sport's instructor and practitioner. Therefore, the study is to determine the factors of the talent process as an exploratory study in combat athletes. The method of this research was exploratory and of type of modeling. The statistical population of this study consisted of managers of federations, sports heroes and active experts in the field of martial arts bullying in middle ages of 2005 to 1393. Based on a targeted sampling, 200 people (142 males, 58 females) completed a researcher-made questionnaire of talent identification. Exploratory Factor Analysis showed that the questionnaire of talent identification factors in martial athletes had a fourfold structure (talent discovery, talent identification, selection, selection, and application), which explains 54.92% of the variance of the tool. In addition, the confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the model for determining the factors of the process of scalability is of desirable fit (RMSEA = 0/09, GFI = 0/09, CFI = 0/9). Also, the internal consistency of the questionnaire of the process of apostasy was obtained by Cronbach's alpha (0/87), indicating the satisfactory internal consistency of this tool. Therefore, in order to identify the factors involved in the process of talent identification, a questionnaire of the process of identification can be used.

The study was to investigate the feasibility of successful sports teams of East Azerbaijan in the league and the championship competitions. The method of study was descriptive and causal-comparative and has been done survey way. The Statistical population included individuals specializing in different sports in the province that have points of presence in the league or country championship. The research sample consisted 155 people were selected from this population by sampling available and purposeful. For gathering the data, the researcher made questionnaires of "Effective Resource of Sports provincial Team's Success in the Competition championship and country League" was used. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was done based on Lushi model (1975) and content validity of the questionnaire was obtained (CVI = 0.89). Reliability was determined in a pilot study on 30 subjects’ sample (0.81) and the internal reliability for 0.84 total items. We used K-s test with assumptions of normal distribution, to compare variables from Binomial test and Kruskal-Wallis. SPSS software also was used for prioritization and determine the best factors to success of sport teams by TOPSIS method. The results showed that the average respondent comments was significant on the situation of human resources, management, financial, technology, financial, and socio-cultural facilities effect on the success of the provincial teams in the Championship and League Club. The TOPSIS results showed that socio-cultural, managerial and material resources ranked first to third resource influences on the success of the provincial teams in the country Championship and human resources, financial, technology and facilities have fourth to seventh ranks. Thus, paying attention to the effective resources of teams and clubs provide success; consultation and cooperation of coaches, officials and athletes would achieve the success goals.
