Today, sports teams as an organizational brand leave an institutionalized personality in the minds of their fans, which greatly influences their behavioral reactions and attitudes toward these teams.This study aimed to identify the dimensions of team personality in volleyball premier league teams and by prioritizing them to provide a favorable model for the team personality of these teams.The method of the present study was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this study was all experts in sports and volleyball management in the qualitative section and in the quantitative section all players were14 teams in the Iranian Men's Volleyball Premier League 168 people)and 14 teams in the Iranian Women's Volleyball Premier League (96 people). Sampling was done in qualitative part by purposive method, and in quantitative part by total method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire obtained from interviews and after confirming its validity and reliability. The results of the exploratory factor analysis test related to the dimensions of brand personality showed that the four factors of team ethics, team reputation, competitive style and team originality show the same dimensions of team personality of the country's volleyball premier league teams.In order to improve the various dimensions of the team personality of the country's volleyball premier league teams, the need for appropriate training, creating an efficient cultural environment in order to respect national and international regulations, not being arrogant when achieving good results, respecting the fans of the opposing team and ... will be effective in improving the dimensions from several perspectives.

The study is to compare the motivations of the fans in Tabriz Municipality and Urmia Municipality volleyball clubs. The research method is descriptive comparative and the information was gathered by field method. The research population for each team separately included 384 cases and the total number of 700 which were randomly selected. The measuring instrument was a questionnaire (Nazari, 1391) which the face and content validity were confirmed by experts and its reliability through Cronbach’s alpha test was %86. To analyze the data, U Mann-Whitney, U test and Friedman test were used. The results showed that there is a significant difference in fans support incentives of the two teams as the incentives of Urmia’s team was more than of Tabriz. Besides, there is a significant difference in support incentives (Collective pride, team affiliation, depending on the player, depending on the sport, lawyers, aesthetic and ethnic identity) of the two teams as the collective pride and ethnic identity of fans of Tabriz Municipality was more than that of Urmia Municipality, but in other factors Urmia was higher. Support incentives of Tabriz fans from high to low are: Collective pride, ethnic identity, aesthetic, depending on the sport, lawyers, depending on the player and depending on the sport. Support incentives of Urmia fans from high to low are: lawyers, depending on the sport, aesthetic, depending on the player, team affiliation, Collective pride and ethnic identity.

The success of any sports organization requires strategic planning and providing the right strategies.The study is to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens, determining the strategic position and formulating the strategiesfor Development of Tehran Province Volleyball Board.
The population consisted of the board of directors, the entire staff of the volleyball board, the heads of the committees and boards of the subsidiary cities, the coaches and experts, the members of the Strategic Council and elite sports and volleyball management in Tehran province that all of them (50 persons) have been selected as samples. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used in this research. In order to collect information in a field, in addition to holding meetings and interviewing members of the Strategic Council, the Swot Identification Questionnaire, open source questionnaire, strategic positioning form, and strategy form were used.
The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 17 professors in sport management and members of the Strategic Council and its reliability was higher than 0/8. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test and Friedman test, internal and external factors evaluation matrix and strategic positioning matrix were used.
The findings showed that the volleyball board of Tehran province has 12 strength points, 12 weaknesses, 13 points of opportunity and 14 threat points. The presence of coaches and referees at the national and international levels as the most important strength, lack of financial resources and affiliation with the federation as the most important weaknesses, the high statistical community in the province as the most important opportunity and lack of supportive laws and weaknesses in attracting sponsors as the most important threats were known. According to the results of internal matrix (2/71) and external matrix (2/31), strategic position of volleyball board of Tehran province is located in competitive region (ST). Therefore, it is recommended to use its strengths, including the presence of coaches, referees and first level instructors, coaching classes and abundance of volunteers to maximize their use to overcome existing threats. An operational plan has been developed focusing on attracting sponsors, supplying equipment, the requirements of subsidiary boards and the production and distribution of volleyball training programs are among the most important strategies.
