In today's competitive environment, having political behavior helps businesses to achieve the competitive advantage of organizations. The study is to analyze the political behavior of managers in sports organizations. The strategy of the study is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population was the directors of the federations, the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the general departments of physical education of the provinces as well as the heads of the provincial sports boards which included 250 men and women, 104 of whom participated in the study by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, two documentary and field methods have been used. To ensure the reliability of the research measurement tool, three Cronbach's alpha criteria, combined reliability and rho_a reliability were used, and to determine the validity of convergent validity (mean variance extraction variance) and divergent validity (Fornell and Larker test, transverse loads and HTMT test) were also used. Structural equation modeling technique and Smart Pls software were used to analyze the data.
The findings showed that political behavior was a negative effect on managers 'decisions and organizational identity and managers' decisions had a positive effect on organizational identity. In general, the results showed that the desired political behavior of managers in sports organizations can develop political wisdom. Be effective in the decision-making process, change and transformation of the organization, increase job satisfaction, measure the effectiveness of the organization, apply participatory management and increase power in employees are suggested.

Human resources and their potential is the key to an organization's success. Considering this important principle, the study is to investigate the effect of supervisory governance on human resource development with the mediating role of political behavior of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The method of the study is descriptive-correlation of structural equations, based on the present time, in terms of applied purpose and in terms of collecting field information. The statistical population included all employees working in the sports and youth departments of Iran- according to the statistics announced by the administrative affairs, is 830 people (569 men and 321 women). The statistical sample according to Morgan table is 263 people from the statistical population, who were randomly selected from the simple type. Male and female sampling is randomly selected from the relative class type, which identified 161 males and 102 females. The measurement tools were three questionnaires: Safari (2020), “Youth Political Behavior” (2016) and “Human Resource Development” Tazfir, Brock and Doland (2004).
The results of structural equations showed that regulatory governance is of effect on human resource development, but the variable of political behavior does not play a mediating role in this regard. Therefore, considering the impact of the dimensions of supervisory governance, ie organizational independence, supervisory culture, regulatory transparency and integrated financial policy on human resource development of this ministry, senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth need to strengthen human resource development by considering these dimensions.

The study is to investigate the relationship between intra-organizational factors and political behavior based on moderating role of political skills and political will in the sports industry. The research method is a descriptive co relational design. The statistical population includes all employees of the Ministry of Sport and federations, which is over 1500. Of the federations, four team sports federations and four individual sports federations were selected based on popularity among federations. The sample consists of 350 people who were selected by available non-random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to measure the variables studied. In order to study the proposed model, structural equation method was used using SPSS-19 and PLS software. The findings indicated that the relationship between intra-organizational factors, political skill and political will was not significant with political behavior. The relationship between intra-organizational factors with political skill and political will were significant. Also, the findings showed that the political skill and political will moderated the relationship between intra-organizational factors and political behavior. According to the results of this research, it is suggested to managers and authorities of the organizations to consider the role of intra-organizational factors, political skill and political will on different aspects of organizational politics.
