In terms of objective, it is applied and in terms of qualitative research method, it is based on thematic analysis approach. In this research, according to the purpose of studying the participants based on targeted sampling from among the elite (professors of sports management with at least two researches in the field of human resources, sports industry and digitalization), managers of selected sports organizations (Ph.D. and 5 years of management experience) and public relations managers of selected sports organizations (at least 5 years of management experience) were selected (19 interviews). In order to collect information, a semi-structured and in-depth interview was used. Validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the theme analysis related to the overarching theme of human resources challenges of the sports industry against digitalization in the future showed that infrastructural, financial, structural/management and human challenges, including themes that create challenges and the results of the theme analysis related to the overarching theme of resource opportunities The human resources of the sports industry against digitalization in the future showed that the capacity of human resources and knowledge and technology are among the constructive themes of the opportunities of the human resources of the sports industry against digitalization in the future.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational agility on empowerment with the mediating role of information technology and learning organization of the staff of the country's skating boards. The present study is a correlational study of structural equations based on the present time, in terms of applied purpose, and in terms of collecting field information. The statistical population included all the employees of the country's skating sports delegations, which included 500 people. The statistical sample was 225 people based on Morgan table who were randomly selected. Out of 250 distributed questionnaires, 220 questionnaires could be examined.. From Gabriel, Navarro, Acosta and Wensley (2015) Organizational Agility Questionnaire, Singh Model Learning Organization, developed by Tavassoli (2012), Chenapops Communication Technology, Crerit and Kang (2006) and Matthews, Diaz and Cole Employee Empowerment (2003) was used to measure research variables. Descriptive statistics method was used to describe the means and standard deviation and inferential statistics of structural equation model was used to investigate the causal relationship between variables. The results of structural equations showed that organizational agility has an effect on empowerment with the mediating role of information technology and learning organization of the staff of the country's skating boards. Therefore, organizational agility, information technology and learning organization play an important role for the organizational capability of the staff of the country's skating teams

In this research, the questionnaire on sustainable development of sport tourism, organizational entrepreneurship, information and communication technology and human resource management as a tool for data collection was used after validation, stability and reliability. Descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, standard deviation and inferential statistics) were used to categorize raw data and Kolmogorov Smirnov tests and Pearson correlation coefficients for examining hypotheses using SPSS software. The results of research hypotheses showed that there is a significant relationship between information technology and sustainable development of sport tourism. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational entrepreneurship, human resource management and sustainable tourism development.

The study is to investigating the effect of organizational intelligence on productivity through IT mediation in sports and youth departments. The present research is an applied research type and a correlation study. The statistical population includes all employees (1300) of sports and youth departments in 1397. In this research, using multi-stage cluster sampling method, 280 of them were randomly selected as samples. Data were collected by Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Hanafizadeh's Information Technology and Productivity (Achieve Model) Hersey and Blanchard and Goldsmith. To investigate and analyze these variables simultaneously, structural equation modeling using causal modeling in Amos software with α = 0.01 and at a significant level of 99% was used. The findings showed that, organizational intelligence and information technology have a positive and significant effect on productivity with the standardized coefficients of 0.27, 0.83, .Also the coefficient of influence of the organizational intelligence on the mediating variable (information technology) is 0.66 and the effect of the mediating variable on productivity is 0.83. The indirect effect of the organizational intelligence variable on productivity was 0.547, which means that organizational intelligence has meaningful and indirect effect on productivity through the intermediate variable of IT.
