The data was analyzed in three codifying stages were introduced in causative effective conditions (7categories), interventional conditions (7categories), grounded conditions (2categories). which facilitate or expedite the interrelation among these three, the required strategies (6categories) and consequences (3categories). In this paradigmatic model, “the path-oriented analysis”, “the visualizing mind”, “the coherent mind” and “the integrated thought” were chosen as the main reasons behind the institutionalization of the strategic thought in the ministry. It could be concluded that if exerted the strategies in order to institutionalize the strategic thinking in this organization, some consequences will arise, such as the modernization of the ministry, the creation of a Non destructive ministry and also the clarity of the path of sport development.

This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The statistical population included all experts in the field of sports management and productivity who participated in the research using purposive sampling method of 12 experts. To analyze the interviews, three processes of open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used. The analysis were performed with the help of Maxqda software. The findings were extracted based on the results of pivotal coding, 12 pivotal codes to software codes: capital attraction, productivity management, emotional, efficiency, behavioral, human capital, financial structure, economic growth, hardware, performance and effectiveness.
According to the obtained results, it can be said that in order to provide the mechanism for the implementation of a cycling event, 1) self-management indicators, 2) profitability indicators and 3) productivity indicators should be considered. Given these cases, a bright future can be imagined for cycling events, especially the international cycling tour of Iran- Azerbaijan.

Human resources productivity, innovation, Robbins questionnaire, Hersi and Goldsmith questionnaire, and Madsij questionnaire were used, respectively. After taking the pre-test, an 18-hour educational class of organizational culture was held for the samples in the Groups1 and2. So after six months, a post-test was taken again. Descriptive statistic indices, simple ANOVA test, and VAF test via the SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The significance level was set at P<0/05.
The results showed that organizational culture training was effective and the mean scores of organizational culture, innovation and productivity in the post-test increased significantly. The effect of mediating the variable of innovation and components of attention to detail, boldness, risk-taking and stability of culture-building on the productivity of part-time manpower was (VAF<0/8, P=0/000); While the whole effect of organizational culture with the mediating role of innovation on productivity depended on the components of individual creativity, team orientation, attention to individuals and consequentialism (VAF>0/8, P=0/000).
Paying attention to the type of components of organizational culture in creating general or partial effects on increasing productivity with the mediating role of innovation in elite karatekas of Isfahan province is important.

Evidence in Iran shows that the management of sports facilities and venues is far from international standards. Meanwhile, the Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE) is one of the most complete and effective management systems that can help meet this challenge. Based on this, the present study evaluates the sustainable performance of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran with the HSE approach. This research is of descriptive-analytical type and has been conducted in the field-library. The time frame of this research is 1399 and its location is the sports venues of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran, which are classified into two categories: places under the management of the complex and places under the management of sports federations. In this study, the data envelopment analysis approach was used to evaluate the sustainable performance of the mentioned places. The results showed that the relative efficiency of DMU1 (places under collection management) is equal to 0.44 and the relative efficiency of DMU2 (places under the supervision of sports federations) is equal to 1.0, which indicates the decision unit DMU2's decision making is relatively better than DMU1 decision making unit. Perhaps because the scope of supervision of places under the control of sports federations is more and they receive their budget directly from the company for the development and maintenance of sports venues in the country

The study is to design a productivity pattern in volleyball federation of Islamic Republic of Iran. The statistical population included a group of experts, educators and managers in research areas (N = 200). The statistical sample was equal to the statistical population and in total number method (n=200). A researcher-developed questionnaire was used to collect the information. To develop a questionnaire through interview, purposeful method and a snowball sampling method were used. Finally, 51-item questionnaire with 5 options was developed based on the 5-point Likert scale with 9 factors. The reliability coefficient of the research variables was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and It was found 0/86, 0/94, 0/95, 0/82, 0/87, 0/89, 0/91, 0/90, and 0/93 for educational factors, environmental factors, management factors, economic factors, human resources, functional factors, organizational culture factors, psychological factors, and organizational structure factors, respectively. For initial examination of validity and reliability of the questionnaire questions they were analyzed by using the anti-image matrix. The exploratory factor analysis was used to reduce questions. In order to ensure that the sample was adequate, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) criterion was used. SPSS and PLS software were used to examine the fit of productivity model. Based on the fitted model, all variables of managerial factors, environmental factors, human factors, organizational culture factors, educational factors, economic factors, functional factors, organizational structure factors, and psychological factors, respectively showed the highest to lowest effect on the productivity.

The study is to investigating the effect of organizational intelligence on productivity through IT mediation in sports and youth departments. The present research is an applied research type and a correlation study. The statistical population includes all employees (1300) of sports and youth departments in 1397. In this research, using multi-stage cluster sampling method, 280 of them were randomly selected as samples. Data were collected by Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Hanafizadeh's Information Technology and Productivity (Achieve Model) Hersey and Blanchard and Goldsmith. To investigate and analyze these variables simultaneously, structural equation modeling using causal modeling in Amos software with α = 0.01 and at a significant level of 99% was used. The findings showed that, organizational intelligence and information technology have a positive and significant effect on productivity with the standardized coefficients of 0.27, 0.83, .Also the coefficient of influence of the organizational intelligence on the mediating variable (information technology) is 0.66 and the effect of the mediating variable on productivity is 0.83. The indirect effect of the organizational intelligence variable on productivity was 0.547, which means that organizational intelligence has meaningful and indirect effect on productivity through the intermediate variable of IT.
