AbstractThe overall purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of social Media, social Capital and intellectual capital on knowledge management in the Ministry of Sport . The purpose of this research is applied and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey and in terms of correlation between variables, it is cross-sectional and in terms of time. The statistical population of this study consists of all general managers and deputy and experts of the Ministry of Sport with approximately 1000 people. The statistical sample of this study is based on Morgan's sampling table of 276 persons. Stratified random sampling method was used to select the samples. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were obtained and Cronbach's alpha was 0.87. For descriptive and inferential analysis of data from SPSS and AMOS was used. To evaluate the validity of the research model, the structural equation modeling method was used and confirmed by the results of path analysis of the variables relationship of this research. The results showed that social capital has a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital. Social media also have a significant and positive impact on intellectual capital. On the other hand, intellectual capital has a positive and significant effect on knowledge management. The results also showed that social capital has a positive and significant effect on knowledge management. Finally, social media have a positive and significant impact on knowledge management. Indicators of structural equation model showed that the model is appropriate fitness.

This Descriptive-correlational study aimed to provide a model to predict organizational performance based on unlearning and by considering the mediating role of intellectual capital and innovative behavior. The study population consisted of all employees of Sports and Youth Departments of Iran, among whom 384 individuals were selected as the sample using cluster sampling. The data were collected using paper and electronic questionnaires and analyzed in AMOS using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The reliability of the Unlearning Questionnaire (Navarro and Polo, 2008), Intellectual Capital Questionnaire of Bontis (1998), Bruce and Scott’s (1994) Innovative Behavior Scale, and Organizational Performance Questionnaire (Winand et al., 2014) was confirmed with Cronbach’s alpha values of 0.83, 0.96, 0.94, and 0.97, respectively. The proposed model fitted the data well; thus, the path coefficients were all significant. Unlearning had significant positive effects on organizational performance through intellectual capital and innovative behavior. In addition, unlearning had the largest impact (0.96%) on intellectual capital than on other research variables. Therefore, managers of Sports and Youth Departments of Iran are recommended to adopt unlearning strategies in the workplace to replace employees’ old knowledge with new knowledge, and thereby increase intellectual capital and promote innovative behavior and ideas in the desired organizations. This will help organizations to improve their performance in today’s ever-changing environment.

The study is to examine the operating model of the mediating role of organizational agility and organizational innovation in the causal relationship between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship in Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth. This was an applied, qualitative and correlational-survey research with the structural equation modeling approach. The statistical population included 890 employees of Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth, out of which 268 were randomly selected as the sample based on Krejcie and Morgan table. The following four questionnaires were used to collect the data: Bontis’ Intellectual Capital (2000), Sharifi and Zhang’s Organizational Agility (1999), Nasution’s Organizational Innovation (2011), and Brown’s Organizational Entrepreneurship (1997). Path analysis by LISREL using the Sobel test to determine the specific indirect effects showed that organizational agility is of a significant mediating role in the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship; organizational innovation has also a significant mediating role in the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational entrepreneurship in Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research model explanation indicates the high importance of intellectual capital, organizational agility, innovation, and entrepreneurship. These variables can, in an organizational work environment, contribute to organizational goals and improve performance.
