The research is to formulate the framework of the conceptual model for managing the effects of Iran's economic crisis on the field of sport. A qualitative research method was chosen with a systematic exploratory approach. The statistical population included two parts of human resources (professors, managers and analysts) and information sources (books, articles, documents, media, etc.). Sampling continued in a purposeful manner until theoretical saturation was reached (21 people and 65 documents). Research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used. The extracted conceptual framework included 2 general levels, 11 perspectives, 38 dimensions and 138 key components. The level of the effects of the economic crisis on sports includes four perspectives: the effect on the overall system of sports, the effect on the resources of sports development, the effect on the levels of sports development, and the effect on the sports industry. The level of managing the effects of the economic crisis on sports included seven aspects of strategic integration of crisis management, social capacity building, knowledge capacity building, resource capacity building, economic efficiency, sports industry management and consequences and functions. The general flow of relationships between variables is from the management level of crisis effects to the effects of economic crisis in sports. Based on the findings, it can be said that the management of the effects of the economic crisis on the country's sports requires a strategic system to adjust the effects of the economic crisis.

The purpose of the present study was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting crisis management in sport venues (Case Study: Azadi One hundred thousand stadium), which is a qualitative and quantitative research using paired comparisons. The statistical population of this research is divided into two parts: qualitative and quantitative, managers and experts and experts in the field of crisis management of sports places in the qualitative sector (Delphi method) and in the quantitative part were managers and sports executives of Azadi University and university professors. For data collection, the theoretical and research, the library method and Questionnaire was used. Analysis of all questionnaires was done in order to calculate inconsistency rate of all paired comparisons and among all questionnaires were used to rank criteria. In this research, identification of factors by Delphi method was performed and then identified factors were prioritized by using AHP method. The results showed that effective factors in crisis management included revision of existing rules (4 attributes), funding needed (3 attributes), utilization of specialist force (4 attributes), training and education ( 3 features), utilization of standard equipment and facilities (5 features) and safety and health resources (5 features), which ultimately prioritized overall change and revised existing rules in the first place.
