Objective:The present study objective was to design a paradigm model for the maintenance of sports donors with an emphasis on the construction of sports venues.Methodology: The study Methodology was qualitative based on grounded theory and systematic approach. The statistical population included experts and specialists in the field of attracting and retaining donors in sports. Sampling used based on Theoretical approach and data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, Strauss and Corbin's systematic method including open, axial, and selective three-step encodings was used. Results: Totally 124 initial code were created, Then all the same code were placed in its own category and reduced to 27 Subcategory, Eventually, 10 main categories were created based on secondary open source codes which included Lack of sports infrastructure, sports development, managerial factors, socio-cultural factors, economic factors, confidence building, constructive interaction with donors, government and donor synergy, culture and education, social effects and development of sports and infrastructure. Then, during the axial and selective coding process, the identified categories were placed in a paradigm model and the relationships between them were determined; Thus, the model of the maintenance of sports donors with an emphasis on the construction of sports venues was compiled. Conclusion: Recommended to managers and officials of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with Appreciate the sports donors as well as the information and planning in this area, keep the donors ready for future collaborations in the field of construction of sports venues.

The study is to evaluate sports facilities in Tabriz with respect to passive defense factors through a combined approach. In terms of applied purpose, the study was a research method mixed with consecutive exploratory type and survey collection method. The statistical population in the qualitative sector included experts in various fields, including passive defense, urban management, structures and architecture, as well as experts in the field of sports management; these individuals were purposefully selected for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (17 people). The statistical population of the quantitative section were the managers of sports complexes in Tabriz (47 people) and 42 questionnaires were examined. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, coding in the qualitative part and the method of structural equations were used to assess the validity of the structure and one-sample t-test to evaluate the status of sports venues. In the qualitative part of the research, it was found that the categories were extracted in the form of 34 concept codes and 4 main categories. In a small part, it was found that the condition of sports venues in having open space, having green space, possibility of quick evacuation, flexibility in use, number of entrances and exits of sports venue, proximity of open space, proximity of green space, dispersion of sports venues the population density of the region and the proportion between the urban population and the number of sports facilities are far from the desired situation (less than the hypothetical average, number 3) and not appropriate (P≥0/05); and in other cases, it is higher than the hypothetical average (number 3) and desirable. The country's sports managers are advised to study and apply passive defense factors in sports venues before constructing and equipping sports venues and also in order to correct the cases mentioned in this research.

Risk management is essential in maintaining the safety of sports venues and providing a conducive environment for sports. Given the importance of athletes' activities in a safe environment, the implementation of risk management model in sports venues should be a priority. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to design a risk management model in sports venues in Iran. This research was conducted with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). In order to identify the factors, the main angles were first identified using library studies and related articles. Then, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 experts and professors in the field of sports and development and equipping sports venues and managers. Factors were classified into 4 categories, 8 concepts and 91 symbols. Then the factors were prioritized using ANP technique. The correlation between the variables was confirmed and finally the risk management model in sports venues was presented. Findings showed that the implementation of risk management model of sports facilities in the country is important and necessary and it is suggested that officials and managers to use the proposed model to implement a risk management program to provide a safe environment for athletes.

Evidence in Iran shows that the management of sports facilities and venues is far from international standards. Meanwhile, the Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE) is one of the most complete and effective management systems that can help meet this challenge. Based on this, the present study evaluates the sustainable performance of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran with the HSE approach. This research is of descriptive-analytical type and has been conducted in the field-library. The time frame of this research is 1399 and its location is the sports venues of Azadi Sports Complex in Tehran, which are classified into two categories: places under the management of the complex and places under the management of sports federations. In this study, the data envelopment analysis approach was used to evaluate the sustainable performance of the mentioned places. The results showed that the relative efficiency of DMU1 (places under collection management) is equal to 0.44 and the relative efficiency of DMU2 (places under the supervision of sports federations) is equal to 1.0, which indicates the decision unit DMU2's decision making is relatively better than DMU1 decision making unit. Perhaps because the scope of supervision of places under the control of sports federations is more and they receive their budget directly from the company for the development and maintenance of sports venues in the country
