For this purpose, 15 experts were selected and interviewed by snowball sampling experts and interviewed. The analysis and coding were performed using Max QDA Pro software. Eight themes and 61 sub-themes were extracted in this research that law, respect, behavior, communication, corruption, justice, socio-cultural and family were among the extracted themes in this study.
Therefore, in general, and as a recommendation to sport managers and officials of sport and sport refereeing, it is recommended that the principles of the study be aimed at improving and enhancing the ethical factors that the refereeing this will be possible through education.

The purpose of this research was to provide a model of organizational whistleblowing in sports organizations in order to reduce violations. The current research method is based on a qualitative approach to the Foundation's data method (Strauss and Corbin's structured model), which was conducted in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection in the field. The statistical population of this research includes experts who are familiar with the dimensions and components and criteria of organizational whistle-blowing, including university professor researchers (at least two studies in the field of organizational ethics, organizational whistle-blowing, organizational disclosure and other related variables) and current managers and The former are sports organizations (with management experience of more than 5 years) that were selected by purposeful or theoretical sampling (21 people). Acceptability, transferability and verifiability methods were used for the validity and reliability of the research. The qualitative approach of grounded theory was used for open, central and selective coding, and open coding was done by analyzing the interviews. Based on the identified open codes, the central codes were formed and the theoretical model was developed with the help of selective coding, then the paradigm model was approved by the opinion of experts. Organizational whistle-blowing pattern in sports organizations in order to reduce violations, affected by causal conditions (organizational, individual, occupational, communication, nature of violation and leadership style) and considering extractive strategies (management and deterrence) that are affected by background conditions (structure) organization, rules and regulations, infrastructure and facilities).

The aim of this study was to meta-analyze the factors controlling corruption in sports organizations in the country. The research method was descriptive and meta-analytical. The statistical population included 17 internal studies conducted in the field of corruption control factors in sports organizations in the period from 2006 to 2020. From the statistical population, 8 studies that met the criteria for entering meta-analysis were selected as a statistical sample through the census method. A total of 39 factors were extracted from the sample research and classified into six major categories: economic, organizational, cultural, rules and regulations, individual and other factors, and entered into the meta-analysis process. Hedges g index was used to calculate the effect size. Due to the heterogeneity in the meta-analysis, the results of the random effects model were considered. The average size of the combined effect in the random effects model for the factors affecting corruption in sports was 0.807, which is significant at the level of 0.001 and according to Cohen's classification, the size of the effect is considered large. Dual and Tweed method (0.8) also showed that there is no diffusion bias error. Finally, the results of meta-analysis for subgroups showed that economic factors, other factors (outsourcing and commitment) and organizational factors have the greatest impact on corruption in sports organizations, respectively and by increasing annual salaries and benefits commensurate with the inflation of society, hiring qualified and committed employees with clear employment criteria, most of the corruption can be controlled.
