The purpose of this research was to present the model of inter-organizational coherence in the implementation of the policies of the National Olympic Committee. The research method was descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose. The research data was collected in the field and in a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) way. The statistical sample in the qualitative section was 18 Olympic sports experts who were purposefully selected based on their expertise, experience, theoretical mastery, willingness and accessibility. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included the officials and experts of the National Olympic Committee of Iran and the officials of 28 Olympic Federations equal to 502 people, of which 217 people were selected randomly as a sample based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, including 43 indicators of inter-organizational cohesion in the National Olympic Committee and a structured self-interaction form, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sports management professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.89). In this research, interpretive structural modeling technique was used to level the components. Based on the findings, in the dimensions of organizational integration, inter-organizational relations, inter-organizational coordination and joint responsibility, 43 effective indicators on inter-organizational cohesion in the implementation of Olympic sports policies were identified in the form of 14 components, and the research model showed the structuring of the components in seven levels. will facilitate the achievement of inter-organizational coherence in the implementation of Olympic sports policies.

The purpose of this research was to provide a framework for evaluating the implementation of the strategic document of the Iranian Football Federation with an interpretative structural approach. The research method was descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose. The research data was collected in the field and in a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) way. The statistical sample in the qualitative section was 16 football experts who were selected purposefully. The statistical population in the quantitative part included managers and experts of the federation and football boards and clubs. 384 people were selected as samples. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and a structured self-interaction form, the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 sports management professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α=0.86). Interpretive structural modeling technique was used to level the components. Based on the findings, in the dimensions of the evaluation structure, evaluation requirements, optimal evaluation method and evaluation time stages, 39 evaluation indicators of the implementation of the policy of the strategic document of the Football Federation were identified in the form of 13 components, and the research model showed the structuring of the components in five levels. The components of evaluation prerequisites, evaluation of key points and characteristics of evaluators were included in the base of the model. Considering the personality characteristics of evaluators and empowering them, and periodic monitoring of key points and suggestions for improvement, will smooth the evaluation of the implementation of policies.

The study is to identify the factors affecting tax policy in Iranian professional football. It is one of the mixed researches that was performed qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population in the qualitative section included all the elites in the field of sports management in the country and in the field of economics and taxation in sports. Based on the selection of snowballs, a number of theoretical saturations were identified as the research sample. Also, in the quantitative part of the present study, in addition to the elites of the country's sports management and the field of economics and taxation in sports, some experts of the Tax Affairs Organization and some experts of the Iranian Football Federation were added to the statistical community. After initial estimates, their number included 150 people. The data collection tools included a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to evaluate the research findings, open, axial and selective coding in the qualitative part as well as sign test and structural equation test in the quantitative part were used. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS and PLS software.
The results showed that the causal conditions affecting the development of tax policies in Iranian professional football, including legal aspects, managerial aspects, regulatory aspects, human aspects, databases, cultural characteristics, financial status, organizational support and technical infrastructure. Finally, it can be said that the model of the study was of a good fit.

The purpose of this study was to identify barriers of the development of foreign diplomacy in foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The entire research process included two steps, The first stage of research includes: qualitative research of type grounded theory (Using an interview with university professors and elites, reading articles, books and documents),The second stage of the study included: quantitative research of descriptive-analytical type (using Delphi and AHP method). The results showed that the indifference and neglect of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the State Department on international sports issues, Fundamental disadvantages in the statutes of the federations, The ideological barriers and the conflicts of some of the values of the I.R.I with the rules and norms governing the world of sport, There was no specialist manpower, Political decisions inconsistent with international sports issues at the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Federations and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, And the number of decision makers in international sport affairs, One of the most important obstacles to the development of sport diplomacy in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is suggested that the potential of embassies located in countries with international sports organizations (such as FIFA-based Switzerland), in the field of sports diplomacy to achieve international goals could be used.
