The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the exaggeration of activities performed in public sport. This research is a descriptive, field research. The statistical population of this study included all experts in public sport. These included managers and staff of the Federation of Public Sports, who have comprehensive information in the field of policymaking, as well as professors of sport management aware of the field of public sport. Based on snowball selection to theoretical saturation level, 54 individuals (12 from the Federation of Public Sports as well as 42 from sport management professors aware of public sports) were selected as the sample of the study. To analyze the data of the present study, the statistical methods of Kolmogorov Smirnov and one-sample t-test using SPSS software and interpretive structural modeling method using MicMac software were used. The results showed that lack of financial resources in public sport, the appointment of managers outside the context of their experiences in public sport, the ambiguity about the functions and role of public sport executives in the country, and the lack of managerial stability in sports organizations are key independent factors. According to the interpretive structural modeling method, these factors in turn influence other factors that exaggerate the activities performed in public sport.

The methodology used in the research was a systematic exploratory qualitative study based on a thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of the research included managers and expert experts of public sports, managers and expert employees of metropolitan municipalities, managers of municipal sports complexes, people who are experts and knowledgeable about citizen sports, and university sports management professors who were interviewed. The sampling of qualitative parts was done using the judgment method, for a total of 21 people. The interview tool was based on the opinion of experts and the agreement of the editors. It used the library study and interview tools.
The results showed that the effective indicators in the development of an active city with the approach of promoting citizen sports included three parts: process, performance, and outcome indicators.
The findings indicated that the managers of the municipalities and the Federation of Public Sports should pay more attention to the holding of hiking and cycling conferences than before and programs (giving prizes to individuals and holding free programs) in order to encourage them. People should plan these activities and also pay special attention to the creation of dedicated paths , women's parks, and infrastructure necessary for public sports in parks and stations. have health skills so that they can encourage people to exercise citizenship and physical activity in order to create an active city.

The aim of this study was the develop a model of socialization of citizens through participation in sport for all. a qualitative method and a systematic Grounded theory were applied on this study. the statistical population consists of outstanding professors of sport management and sociology, managers and deputies of Sport and Youth Department, and knowledgeable experts. 15 individuals were selected with snowball sampling method. Data collection tool and method were semi-structured individual interviews, and interviews were continued until the 15th person to ensure theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, a systematic approach was used including three main steps: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. During the open coding process, 436 initial codes were counted regardless of overlap, and in the next step, 78 common concepts based on overlaps and similarities formed 27 categories. Eventually, in the axial and selective coding steps, the final model of the research was drawn with the focus on the central category of socialization of citizens through participation in sport for all. Examining the situation, position and providing indicators of socialization of citizens through participation in sport for all can provide policy makers, managers and officials to recognize the problems in this regard and provide appropriate solutions to reduce the gap between the current and favorable situation for socialization of citizens. In this way, causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, action/ interaction strategies, as well as the outcomes have been explained separately.

The study is to develop a model for sport for all development based on social marketing approach. So, the methodology of “Grounded Theory” was used. The statistical population was the senior managers, authorities and experts that based on theoretical sampling, 14 interviews and 11 documents were selected. At the same time, the data was analyzed by the three stages of open, axial and selective coding.
Based on the results of the analysis, the model of developing sport for all based on the social marketing approach was developed. The social marketing strategy for the development of sport for all consists of five main stages of policy making, stakeholder analysis, marketing mix design, social marketing plan design, and implementation and evaluation. Also, factors such as demographic characteristics, cultural and social conditions, sports characteristics and physical environment also affect these strategies. “SPORT FOR ALL, INTEREST FOR ALL” was chosen as a core idea. With the development of sport for all in the country, it would be possible to expect economic and social benefits and profits, promoting the level of public health and setting champion sport up.

The study is to present a comprehensive model for the popularization of sports in Isfahan, for which the first (qualitative) purpose was referred to experts in the physical activity of sport for all in the province and through in-depth interviews based on grounded theory of data collection from them. Then, the data obtained from fifteen interviews were coded and analyzed using the data theorizing method of the Foundation. This study was of a combined method of mixed exploratory research projects. Due to the quality of the study; the snowball sampling method was used. A total of 15 public sports experts in the province were interviewed. The statistical population and sample size in the second phase were 135 based on Morgan's table and the sampling method was stratified randomly. The data collection tool in the second phase was a 70-item questionnaire, which was prepared based on the public sports model of Isfahan province in the first phase. A total of 140 open-source codes were obtained from the analysis. The 140 extracted codes were converted into 64 core codes. In the third step, in grouping the codes, the core codes extracted from the interviews were grouped and then the created groups were compared with each other to identify and extract the main groups and dimensions of each one. In general aggregation of three levels, behavioral, organizational and environmental, and 16 components of the main level subset, 64 code-axis subset components were extracted. At the level of behavioral factors, the priorities of the components were: 1- General factors 2- Personal factors 3- Basic factors. At the contextual (environmental) level, the priorities of the components were: 1- Collective environment 2- Economic environment 3- Diplomatic environment 4- Living environment 5- Environment cross-border 6- Cultural environment. At the level of structural (managerial) factors, priority of components respectively was: 1- Equipment of the minister of structures 2- Rules and instructions 3- Human capital and financial support jointly 4- Technical knowledge 5- Supporters.
At the end, the suggestions taken from the research results are presented as solutions to improve the situation of sport for all in Isfahan province.

The study is to investigate and prioritize the factors affecting the tendency of Birjand citizens to existing sports. This research is a descriptive study of correlation type in terms of its nature and method and an applied research in terms of the purpose. The statistical population was consisted of all citizens of Birjand which 384 people were selected through the Morgan table using available sampling method as the statistical sample. A standard questionnaire (ghafori 2003) was used for collecting data on public participation and championship. To analyze the data, descriptive and t-test and structural equation modeling were used with SPSS and PLS software.
The results showed that the media outlets, the structure of sports organizations, social demand, non-sports organizations, globalization and communication respectively had the most impact on the tendency of Birjand citizens to sport.
Therefore, it is necessary for sports managers, along with other managers, to form a common think tank in order to better identify the sports needs of citizens in the community. In addition, it is necessary to use sport for all and championship sport as two important axes in their sports planning.

The objective of this study was to identify and rate the most important structural factors influencing popularity of recreational sports in Iran. This study was performed consecutively using the exploratory mixed method in a quantitative and a qualitative phase. In the first stage, the targeted sampling method and the snowball sampling method were used to select 28 experts at recreation sports in Iran. Information on these experts was gathered through depth interviews. Next, data from twenty eight interviews was encoded and analyzed in three steps based on the Grounded Theory. As a result of grouping the data, seven effective structural factors were identified. In the second stage, a questionnaire was designed on the basis of previous findings and the research literature. After examining and confirming the psychometric features of the questionnaire, it was distributed among 301 experts, managers and researchers active in the field of public sports in Iran. The respondents were selected using the stratified sampling method and questionnaires were collected following completion. Afterwards, a hierarchical regression analysis was performed considering the predictor path coefficients so as to determine structural effective factors in the order of significance. These factors included the following: organizational media, financial resources, rules and regulations, human resources, equipment and infrastructure, technology and partner organizations. Research results reflected the importance of organizational media, financial resources, and rules and regulations in providing a structure suitable enough for popularity of sports in Iran.
