The purpose of this study was to identify the future factors of management of sports organizations in the era of exponential growth with a futures research approach. This research was in terms of combined methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and its design was simultaneous. In the qualitative part, the research strategy was environmental scanning and in the quantitative part, futures research was the method of interaction analysis. The statistical population of this study was experts and review resources that were purposefully selected based on theoretical saturation and secondary sources with 17 experts from sports organizations including university professors, staff managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, National Olympic Committee. And were presidents of sports federations The interview was conducted and in parallel, 9 Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews and checklists in the qualitative section and questionnaires in the quantitative section. For data analysis in the resource review section, the systematic method, in the interview analysis section, the coding method and in the future section, the structural analysis method with the help of MICMAC software have been used. The findings showed that the future of management of sports organizations is affected by 36 factors and among them 7 driving forces, namely multifaceted organizations, team building, systems thinking, fast decision making, flexible and dynamic, new division of labor with a new management model, Is change. The traditional alignment of sports organizations and teamwork skills outside the organization are the driving forces behind possible future options for managing sports organizations.

On the one hand, the sport organizations are faced with a variable and threatening environment and, on the other hand, the increasing trend of sport developments in domestic and international fields have caused more expectations and requests on the part of the society. Based on this, the main purpose of research is to design the model of strategic thinking in order to improve the productivity of the ministry of sport and youth. The method was qualitative and based on Grounded Theory. The semi-structured interviews used for the data collection.The sample was chosen based on theoretical saturation (22participants) from sports administrators and university professors by using targeted method. The data was analyzed in three codifying stages were introduced in causative effective conditions (7categories), interventional conditions (7categories), grounded conditions (2categories). which facilitate or expedite the interrelation among these three, the required strategies (6categories) and consequences (3categories). In this paradigmatic model, “the path-oriented analysis”, “the visualizing mind”, “the coherent mind” and “the integrated thought” were chosen as the main reasons behind the institutionalization of the strategic thought in the ministry. It could be concluded that if exerted the strategies in order to institutionalize the strategic thinking in this organization, some consequences will arise, such as the modernization of the ministry, the creation of a Non destructive ministry and also the clarity of the path of sport development.

The purpose of this research was to research the main drivers of the development of professional sports in Iran in the horizon of 2035. The current research from the perspective of inductive approach; From the perspective of orientation, fundamental; From the point of view of method, hybrid; From the point of view of strategy, future research, from the point of view of paradigm, the paradigm of complexity theory and from the point of view of time, it has been carried out in three steps. The participants of this research were experts. The selection of these people was purposeful and 31 people were selected based on the criteria of expertise. In this research, to collect data from interview tools and questionnaires. And to audit the research, Lincoln and Guba (1985) evaluation indices were used, which included validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability. . In order to analyze the data, the coding method was used in the interview analysis section and the structural analysis method was used in the futures section with the help of MICMAC software. The findings showed that the future of the development of professional sports in Iran is affected by 14 variables, but four variables are government ownership in club ownership, the nature of club management, women's sports and foreign investment are the drivers that shape the future of sports. The current research was of mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and its design was of sequential exploratory type. The participants of this research were the beneficiaries of electronic sports businesses. The sampling method was snowball and based on theoretical saturation, 20 people were selected. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data, and Lincoln and Gaba (1985) criteria were used for its audit, which included validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability. In order to analyze the data in the interview analysis section, the coding method was used, the fuzzy Delphi method was used to screen the indicators, and the structural analysis method was used in the future research section with the help of Micmac software. By analyzing the interviews, 156 initial concepts were gathered into 75 final concepts and 3 main categories under the title of general environment, operational (specialized) environment and internal environment. Then, 36 effective factors were identified through fuzzy Delphi screening. And finally, it was determined that the growth of 5G technology, the general acceptance of e-sports, the increase in demand for e-sports, the legitimacy of e-sports, and the e-sports league are the five driving forces that make possible alternatives for the future of e-sports businesses. The purpose of this research was to research the main drivers of women's participation in sports. This research was methodologically mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and its design was simultaneous. In the qualitative part, the research strategy was environmental scanning and in the quantitative part, futures research was the method of interaction analysis. The statistical population of this study was experts and reviewed resources that were purposefully selected and based on theoretical saturation and secondary sources, 14 experts in the field of women's sports were interviewed, including managers, officials and experts in women's sports. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and a checklist in the qualitative part and a questionnaire in the quantitative part. In order to analyze the data, the coding method was used in the interview analysis section and the structural analysis method was used in the futures section with the help of MICMAC software. The findings showed that the future of women's participation in sports is affected by 22 variables, but the five variables of healthy lifestyle, holding managerial positions, role and function of media, gender justice and investment in women's sports are driving Are changing the future of women's participation in sports. As a strategic conclusion, it should be considered that the realization of a favorable scenario for the future of women's participation in sports requires the attention and focus of policy makers and planners on the variables that can be changed to the purposeful change and improvement of the system.

The aim of this research was to conduct future scenario planning for organizational and corporate brands in the Iranian sports industry. The present study employed an inductive approach, a fundamental orientation, a mixed method (qualitative-content analysis and quantitative-descriptive analysis) approach, a futures studies strategic perspective, and a complexity paradigm perspective. The participants in this research consisted of university professors and sports brand practitioners. The selection of these individuals was purposeful, and 25 experts were chosen based on their expertise criteria. Data collection in this study was done using interviews and questionnaires. The scenario planning model by Schwartz, which is based on eight stages, was utilized for data collection. To ensure the validity of the qualitative study, the recommended criteria of Guba and Lincoln (1989), including credibility, dependability, transferability, and conformability, was employed. Additionally, for the validation of the quantitative section, formal and content validity were confirmed by eight university professors, and its reliability was confirmed through the test-retest method using Pearson's correlation coefficient (r = 0.823). In the qualitative part of the research, open coding and focused coding were used for data analysis. Furthermore, the method of interaction effect analysis and balance effect analysis was employed, and these analyses were conducted using the software programs MicMac and ScenarioWizard. The findings of this study revealed that in the future of sports brands in the Iranian sports industry, there are 26 sub-themes and 2 main themes (environmental drivers and internal drivers) involved. The study purpose is to formulate operational marketing planning of the Handball Federation of Iran. This research is of an applied-developmental type, which was carried out by an analytical method in the strategic studies, and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used for collection and analysis, and the participants in this research were included in the composition of the strategic committee of the Handball Federation. There are 44 university experts, members of the Federation's Board of Directors, heads of committees, heads of provincial boards, executive directors and Handball sports elites in the form of a strategic council, who were selected by targeted sampling. In the quantitative part of this research, using the tool developed based on the balanced scorecard and the opinion of the expert group quantitative measures and goals were determined and implementation plans (actions) were developed. to realize the ten strategic goals of the Handball Federation, it is necessary to implement operational plans. In this regard, human capital experts should be hired first and the principles of marketing should be taught to them. Next, brand planning and marketing mix design and recognition of the needs, wishes and preferences of the beneficiaries of the Handball Federation should be taken into consideration. , it is essential to work with private sector investors by focusing on media and advertising, by hosting international events.. The purpose of this research was to identify the key drivers affecting the future development of swimming. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of practical goal-setting strategy and explanatory based on future research methods. The statistical population of this research is made up of professors in the field of strategic management in the field of sports management, officials and senior managers of the swimming federation, national and international coaches and champion athletes in the field of swimming. The selection of these people was purposeful and their number was equal to 20 people. In order to identify the issues affecting the future development of swimming sport, a review of the research literature and interviews with experts were used, and based on that, 26 final components were identified in relation to the future development of swimming sport. Based on the findings of the research, there are six factors: "the factor of revitalization and promotion of the club system in the field of swimming", "attention to statistics and the development of the information system to improve decision-making", "the use of new technology in the development of swimming", "improvement of the plan" scientific and uniform training in swimming", "expanding the income generation of swimmers after the championship period", and managing water resources that can be used for swimming" are because they had recorded high importance and uncertainty for themselves. The purpose of this study was to design the model of drivers that are effective on the future of sports workers in Iran. This research is developmental-applicative in terms of its nature, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory-sequential design. The target population of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic..In the research findings, 112 primary concepts were identified in the form of 23 sub-themes and 15 main themes. These drivers were placed on the first level in the seven levels of the structural-interpretive model consisting of needs assessment drivers, monitoring promotion and innovation promotion, which had the least impact on other drivers, as well as information system drivers. And the development of interactions in the second level and the drivers of attitude change, social status, economic platforms and media attention were placed in the third level of the research model. Also, drivers of operational planning and financial resources were placed in the fourth level, and drivers of efficient management and infrastructure development were placed in the third level, and finally, cultural drivers were placed in the sixth level and program Strategic planning was placed at the seventh level of the model. Therefore, these results can be a basis for the decisions of managers and planners in line with the development of sports in Iran.

The purpose of this study is to develop a strategic plan for the Iranian Football Referees Committee. The present research method was of strategic and field studies, which was performed in the field and in a descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study consisted of two qualitative and quantitative sections. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through the opinion of professors and experts and reliability (with 93% Cronbach's alpha test). After analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, it was decided to form an evaluation matrix for each of the internal and external factors. Six competitive strategies, one conservative strategy and two defensive strategies have been proposed to turn weaknesses into strengths and threats into opportunities for the development of the Football Federation's refereeing committee. Based on the evaluation of the strategies of the Football Federation Referees Committee in the Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the strategy of establishing a service compensation system was selected as the best strategy.
