As a branch of jurisprudence, sports jurisprudence has a special place that determines the Shari'a dos and don'ts of the behaviors of athletes, spectators, managers and other human factors involved in the practice of sports. The jurisprudence of sports, in which the ratio of "jurisprudence" and "exercise" in the combination, is a plus and minus ratio, tries to find prescriptions and dos and don'ts from the sources of Islamic Sharia (book, tradition and reason) in the discourse of "Islamic physical education". Extracting and inferring a ruling from Sharia rulings (obligatory, forbidden, mustahab, makruh and permissible) for the optional behaviors of human factors involved in the sports process (including athletes, coaches, managers, policy makers, etc.).The multiplicity of jurisprudential issues and rules widely used in sports, the necessity of specialization of jurisprudence, the comprehensiveness of Islam and Sharia, and the necessity of developing an Islamic physical education system are among the most important reasons for the necessity and importance of the formation of sports jurisprudence. These cases have been extracted in a library and with reasoning method - not with field method and statistical technique.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of creating good sports governance based on thematic analysis approach. This study was conducted in terms of qualitative data type, thematic analysis method, and King and Harwicks procedure. Therefore, the population under study was domestic and foreign published articles that were published in domestic and foreign scientific journals and conferences. The unit of analysis was 18 articles, selected based on the scale of accuracy, originality, and novelty of the research. The qualitative analysis software Max Quda was used to analyze the data. Based on the analysis, 37 codes were obtained, which were organized into four interpretive codes: opportunities for using good sports governance, threats for not using good sports governance, strengths for using good sports governance, and weaknesses for not using good sports governance. According to the results obtained, it is suggested that sports authorities define precise evaluation indicators specific to each organization in order to implement good sports governance, design efficient models based on the organization's internal and external conditions, and strengthen supervision of sports institutions. It is suggested that sports policymakers and managers, using successful global models, develop a transparent and systematic framework for sports governance to help improve the performance of sports organizations and increase their efficiency.

The study is to investigate the effect of individual motivations on smartphone acceptance for Accessing to sports services. The research method was descriptive-surveying and was performed on 523 undergraduate students of sport sciences of Khuzestan Azad Universities that were selected randomly. To collect the data, we used personal motivation of using smart phone of Kang (2015) and Kang et al (2015). The questionnaire reliability and validity were confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis and calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient respectively. Its Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0/9. Findings showed that 47/4% of students use smart phones more than 5 times daily to receive sports services. They most commonly use smart phones in social networks. The coefficient of individual motivators’ effect on intention to use (0/392) and intention to use in actual use (0/192) as well as t-value of both factors was higher than 1/96, which indicates the effect of individual motivations on intention to use and intent to use in actual use of sports services through smart phones. The highest and the lowest coefficients were seen in curiosity motivation (0/83) and intelligence motivation (0/44) respectively. Sports organizations can enhance other motivational factors to use sports services through smart phones by providing services in accordance with consumers' needs and formulating an appropriate marketing strategy, in particular stimulating consumer's sense of curiosity through advertising.

Laws of the Iran’s five-year plans are developed in order to facilitate development of Iran in economic, cultural, and social dimensions. These laws indicate and reflect the government’s concerns in macro development of Iran in which the subjects mentioned in the laws are both important and general. The study is to review the place of sports in six laws of the five-year plans. This research is descriptive and is based on the study of the country’s five-year plans laws which are reviewd on the basis of the qualitative content analysis. Review of the six laws of the five-year development plans in sports showed that the sports attention trend has been increased in from first to second plan then continued almost smoothly from the third to sixth plan. Attention to the sports of the youth was relatively sufficient while this amount of attention is not witnessed to the less prosperous people in accessing to the sports facilities. While in most cases a gender-neutral approach was applied, there were a few emphases in providing sports facilities especially for the girls and women. Governors’ attention to the public sports had a monotonous trend while much less attention paid to the athletics and professional sports. In general, according to the size of Governors’ attention to the sports in the country’s five-year plans, a systematic approach in conducting and developing of the laws in this regard is not witnessed.
