the main purpose of this study is to examine the barriers to success development. It is in the general departments of sports and youth of Iran. Based on the purpose of applied research and in terms of data collection was done by mixed exploratory method. Participants included professors of sports management, managers of general departments of sports and youth of the country and the method of theoretical purposive sampling with snowball technique and based on theoretical saturation criteria was used. Data collection tools were semi-structured interview and structural self-interaction matrix questionnaire. In the first part, the data were categorized using thematic analysis method and in the form of basic, organized and comprehensive themes. Also, using the interpretive structural model, the identified obstacles were classified. Barriers to the development of substitution in the general departments of sports and youth as a comprehensive theme including 54 basic themes and 7 organizational themes (lack of meritocracy culture, individual barriers, poor management, economic barriers, legal barriers, structural barriers and Political-communication barriers) which were classified into 5 levels and it was found that the most basic barriers to the development of substitution in the general departments of sports and youth are structural barriers, economic barriers and poor management. By focusing on removing the identified barriers, we can expect the continuation of the quality of human resources in the general departments of sports and youth of the country.

This study was conducted to identify the consequences of privatization in sports in the country. The method of research is qualitative and exploratory analysis, which is done by the method of theme analysis. In order to collect information, in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and specialists in the field of sports, people with university education (faculty members) and people with managerial experience in sports organizations and institutions, coaches and sports elites were used. Data analysis in the coding process with the help of MAXQDA software led to the identification of 30 categories in the form of two central codes of positive and negative consequences of sports privatization. Interpretation and analysis of research findings showed that the negative consequences of privatization at the level of sports in the country are more than the positive consequences and there are the widest negative consequences of privatization at the managerial and club level.

The purpose of this study was to develop a pattern of cultural Deviance in the sports environment. The present research was based on the purpose, in the field of development-applied research and in terms of implementation was the type of theme analysis. Research community were managers and officials of stadiums, sports teams and departments, leaders, athletes and coaches, referees, stadium police, spectators and fans, sports veterans, university professors and experts in culture and sports, journalists, reporters, photographers, Journalists employees of sports facilities. The findings of this study showed that the main themes of the types of contortion including the sub-themes of actual contortion (verbal, physical, conscious, vandalism) and potential deviation (natural, unconscious, hidden), the main themes of the causes of contortion including the sub-themes of underlying factors (Socio-economic status, degraded ethics, degraded status and role of culture, unsettled conditions, weak law), behavioral factors (media actions, poor planning, discrimination, poor supervision and control, managerial weakness), structural factors ( Paradigm shift, lack of meritocracy, cognitive heterogeneity, institutional heterogeneity), main themes of contortion solutions including sub-themes of cognitive reconstruction (cultural redefinition and revival, law revision), adaptation (meritocracy, value-oriented rule, strategic alignment), the effectiveness of cultural measures (education, cultural management, control and social supervision).

The purpose of the current research was to identify and prioritize the structural challenges of attracting and maintaining sponsors in niche professional sports in Iran. The research method was qualitative and quantitative (mixed) and in the form of thematic analysis, and the statistical population included experts in the field of sports (presidents, vice-presidents, secretaries and marketing managers of federations and managers and deputy ministers). The sampling method was purposeful and in-depth interviews were conducted with 24 participants until theoretical saturation. In order to analyze the data, coding technique and Nvivo software were used. After identifying the challenges, with the aim of ranking them, an AHP questionnaire was designed and provided to 16 experts in the sports and marketing industry. Results showed that structural challenges to attract financial sponsors in niche professional sports in 10 themes and structural challenges to maintain financial sponsors in professional niche sports were identified in 8 themes and prioritized by AHP method. Finally, according to the obtained results, managers are suggested to pay attention to its long-term consequences for the organization when making decisions in the field of marketing, especially the attraction and retention of financial sponsors. Decisions that are made consciously and carefully can bring people together to achieve common organizational goals.

In the field of sports, due to rapid technological developments, knowledge-based affairs and intense competition, the selection and appointment of qualified managers based on specific criteria is one of the most important and sensitive issues in the work process of sports federations.The main purpose of this study is to identify the drivers of the election of heads of sports federations in Iran. This research is applied, qualitative and has an inductive approach. In order to analyze the data obtained from semi-structured interviews, the thematic analysis method was used. The statistical population of the study was knowledgeable individuals of sports federations and faculty members of universities who were selected using purposive sampling method with snowball approach. The data from the semi-structured interviews were saturated after the 23rd interview. The result of qualitative data analysis was the identification of 123 concept codes, 65 basic themes and 7 organizational themes including "socio-communication parameters", "sports specialization requirements", "communication skills", "political behavior" and "managerial abilities", "intellectual capital management". And "personality parameters" were presented in the form of a model. Finally, based on the results, some suggestions were made in this area. Finally, in addition to designing and presenting the network model of research topics, it was found that managerial abilities with 408 repetitions had the most role and political behavior with 61 repetitions had the least role in selecting the presidents of sports federations.
