The purpose of this study was to design an Iranian futsal development model with ISM approach. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, which was performed as a mixture of qualitative and quantitative. Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and purposeful panel and was equal to 18 people. The statistical population in the quantitative part, including the managers of the Futsal Committee of the Football Federation and the clubs of the Premier League and the first division of Iranian futsal, was equal to 132 people, which due to the limited membership, the population was equal to the sample. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and a form of structural self-interaction. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management at the university and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.90). ISM and MICMAC were used to model the factors. Findings showed that 30 factors in the areas of environment and equipment, human resources, financial, structural factors, career path, interactions, attitudes and support and executive processes affect the development of Iranian futsal. These factors were structured in five levels, with environmental and equipment factors, human, financial and economic resources at the lowest level of the model. It can be said that standardization and increase of futsal halls, development and productivity of futsal human resources and privatization of clubs will facilitate the development of futsal.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of strategic priorities in the professional development of Iranian football coaches. The research method is descriptive and applied in terms of purpose. Research data were collected in the field and in a mixed manner (qualitative and quantitative). Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and purposeful panel and was equal to 18 people. The statistical population in the small section, including the officials of the football federation and the provincial football delegations, was equal to 56 people. Due to the limited number of members, the community became equal to the sample. Research data were obtained through a review of research background, expert opinions and a questionnaire. Swat analysis method was used to formulate strategies and interpretive structural modeling method was used to determine action priorities. The findings showed that the training and development system of the Football Federation coaches has eight strengths, nine weaknesses, six opportunities and six threats. Using SWOT analysis, 11 strategies were designed that were structured in six levels. Quantitative and quantitative development strategies of coaching and development of women's soccer coaching were at the first level and quantitative and qualitative development strategies of coaching instructors and development interactions with leading football countries for international learning were at the basic level. Interacting and concluding a memorandum of cooperation with countries with football style to use their technical development experiences and quality of coaching courses, will pave the way for the development of coaches' professions.

The purpose of this study was to develop a performance management model for the Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Federation using the ISM method. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is collected in the field and in a mixed way (qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population was 18 experts in the qualitative section and 80 in the quantitative section, the directors of the federation and the first level swimming, diving and water polo clubs, and the heads of the provincial delegations in these disciplines. Due to the limited number of members, the community became equal to the sample. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management at the university and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.928). Interpretive structural modeling technique was used to design the research model. The results showed that the performance management of the Swimming, Diving and Water Polo Federation had 10 dimensions and 50 components and the dimensions were structured in six levels. Dimensions of technical and specialized development of human resources and development of revenue generation and absorption of financial resources in the sixth level and capabilities and capacities of the federation and goals and strategy were at the top of the model. It can be said that the technical and managerial empowerment of the federation and the stabilization of revenues, without relying on government resources, will facilitate the executive processes.

The present study was carried out with the aim of developing a training model of the sports department of the central province with the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) approach. The research method was mixed and based on deductive-inductive reasoning. The statistical population of this research included sports and university experts and the purposeful sampling method was used to select sample people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done through SPSS and EXCEL software. Using exploratory factor analysis, the effective factors in the sports sector were divided into 6 main categories: (1) encouraging the private sector to invest in sports; (2) developing and equipping tourist routes; (3) strengthening sports infrastructure through government support; (4) optimal and principled use of human resources in different dimensions of sports; (5) using information technology in line with the development of sports goals; and (6) codified and organized planning in the field of sports. Then the interpretive structural model was used to develop the model.Key words: sports analysis, principal component analysis, interpretive structural model

The purpose of the research was to design a model of strategic priorities for the development of human resources in the general administrations of sports and youth. The research method is descriptive and practical in terms of purpose. The research data was collected in the field and in a mixed way (qualitative and quantitative). Sampling in the qualitative section was based on a specialized and targeted panel and equal to 18 experts. The statistical population in the quantitative section, including the managers of the general sports and youth departments of the provinces, was equal to 155 people. Due to the limitation of members, the community was equal to the sample. The research tool was a questionnaire and a structured self-interaction form. Using SWOT analysis, strategies were formulated and action priorities were determined using ISM technique. The findings showed that there are 8 strengths, 7 weaknesses, 7 opportunities and 6 threats in the general administration of sports and youth, and 8 strategies were developed for the development of human resources of this organization. Based on the findings, career development strategies and the establishment of succession system in human resources management and the measured development of the empowerment system of managers and employees were included in the base of the model. It can be said that increasing research and development, training workshops and talent management will help the development of human resources in the general administrations of sports and youth.

The aim of the research was to design a predictive management model in the Iranian Football Federation with an interpretative structural approach. The method of descriptive research and data collection was in the field. The data was obtained from the review of 15 domestic predictive articles, 21 related foreign articles and semi-structured in-depth interviews with 14 experts of the federation and football boards with the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by university professors and its reliability was confirmed by the review of 5 participants and recoding by two coders. ISM method was used for structuring and leveling variables. The result of data extraction was 89 basic themes, 14 organizing themes and 6 inclusive themes. Based on the findings in the second part of the research, the interesting themes (variables) were structured in seven levels and the development of skills and motivational factors were placed in the basic level. It can be said that the belief of the senior managers of the federation in the effectiveness of proactive management, creating motivation in the middle managers and employees of the football federation and the officials of the boards, the variety of skills of managers and employees and the skill of identifying the problem and planning it facilitates the realization of other drivers of proactive management and smooths the development of football.
