Objective:The present study objective was to design a paradigm model for the maintenance of sports donors with an emphasis on the construction of sports venues.Methodology: The study Methodology was qualitative based on grounded theory and systematic approach. The statistical population included experts and specialists in the field of attracting and retaining donors in sports. Sampling used based on Theoretical approach and data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, Strauss and Corbin's systematic method including open, axial, and selective three-step encodings was used.Results: Totally 124 initial code were created, Then all the same code were placed in its own category and reduced to 27 Subcategory, Eventually, 10 main categories were created based on secondary open source codes which included Lack of sports infrastructure, sports development, managerial factors, socio-cultural factors, economic factors, confidence building, constructive interaction with donors, government and donor synergy, culture and education, social effects and development of sports and infrastructure.Then, during the axial and selective coding process, the identified categories were placed in a paradigm model and the relationships between them were determined; Thus, the model of the maintenance of sports donors with an emphasis on the construction of sports venues was compiled.Conclusion: Recommended to managers and officials of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with Appreciate the sports donors as well as the information and planning in this area, keep the donors ready for future collaborations in the field of construction of sports venues.

The purpose of this study was to design an interpretive structural model of the most important strategies for developing media literacy of professional athletes in order to improve professional ethics. The present study was a field research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. Considering the main purpose, the research method was a mixture of qualitative (theme analysis method) and quantitative (modeling). The statistical population in this study in both qualitative and quantitative sections, including university professors, coaches, judges, journalists, spectators and professional athletes. Using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation technique, the key informants included 23 people with whom semi-structured interviews were conducted (with focus groups) and the components and the most important strategies for developing media literacy. Professional athletes were identified to improve professional ethics, then interpretive structural modeling was used as one of the consensus methods, MaxQDA Pro software was used to analyze the interviews. SPSS software was used to describe the demographic characteristics and MicMac software was used to design the model.The results showed that education and culture building in the dependent area, introduction of superior models, encouragement of developed athletes, monitoring of athletes, use One of the media consultants is in the link area and the budget allocation is in the independent area, and the most important factor is culture building.
