The purpose of this study was Future Analysis of Women’s Health-Oriented Sports in Iran Using Causal Layered Analysis (CLA). The present research, from an inductive approach perspective, is fundamental in orientation, qualitative in data collection, futures studies in strategy, and part of the complexity theory paradigm. The participants of this study consisted of experts and specialists from diverse fields such as sports science, sports sociology, sports psychology, nutrition, women's sports policy-making, and media. The sampling method was purposive, and 21 interviews were conducted based on theoretical saturation. The data were analyzed using the Causal Layered Analysis method. Causal Layered Analysis enables the analysis of topics across four layers—litany, discourse/worldview, and myth/metaphor—to uncover deep cultural and metaphorical roots. To develop future scenarios for women's health-oriented sports in Iran, the "Uncertainty Matrix" method was used. Two variables, "the level of support and investment in women's sports" and "the level of societal attitude change toward women's sports," were selected as the main axes of the matrix. This method, by presenting four possible combinations of these variables, allowed for the identification and analysis of different futures and the development of diverse scenarios. These scenarios include stagnation and inertia, gradual and limited progress, increasing gap and dissatisfaction, and sustainable development and flourishing of women's health-oriented sports. Subsequently, practical strategies to achieve the desired scenario (sustainable development and flourishing) were presented in six areas: economic, social, cultural, political, technological, and macro-level.

The environment of professional sports is full of uncertainty; therefore, it is necessary to know the developments ahead of it. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to forecast Iran's problems in the field of professional sports using the future-research approach in the horizon of 2031. Therefore, the research method used in the present study was a prospective study. The statistical population of this study consisted of the staff managers of the ministries of sports and sports federations. The selection of these people was based on the purposeful sampling method, and 15 people were selected based on the indicators of theoretical mastery, practical experience, willingness and ability to participate in the research, as well as access to them. The information of this research was collected using interviews and questionnaires. In this research, the content validity method (CVR) was used to check the validity of the research tool, and the dichotomization method was used to check its reliability, and the correlation between the scores of the two tests was equal to r=0.823. Also, for future research, structural analysis method was used and this analysis was done with the help of MICMAC software. The findings showed that the immigration of athletes, the political confrontation of western countries, the presence of politicians and military at the head of sports, the restriction of women's presence in stadiums, Iranian athletes not confronting the athletes of the occupation regime are the most important challenges facing sports in the horizon is 2031.

The research is to study the main drivers of Iranian professional sports development in the horizon of 2035. It was inductive research from the perspective of approach; fundamental from the perspective of orientation; hybrid from the point of view of method; future research from the point of view of strategy; paradigm of complexity theory from the point of view of paradigm and it has been carried out in three steps from the point of view of time. The participants were the experts. The selection of these people was purposeful and 31 people were selected based on the criteria of expertise. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect the data. Lincoln and Guba (1985) evaluation indices were used to audit the research which included validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability. In order to analyze the data, the coding method was used in the interview analysis section and the structural analysis method was used in the futures section with the help of MICMAC software.
The findings showed that the future of the development of professional sports in Iran is affected by 14 variables, but four variables are of government ownership in club ownership. The nature of club management, women's sports and foreign investment are the drivers that shape the future of sports. Iran's professions are undergoing changes. Therefore, the result can be found through influencing and adapting to the mentioned variables, a more active role in guiding and at the same time getting prepared and adapting to the future developments of professional sports in the horizon of 2035.

The purpose of this research was to research the main drivers of women's participation in sports. This research was methodologically mixed (qualitative and quantitative) and its design was simultaneous. In the qualitative part, the research strategy was environmental scanning and in the quantitative part, futures research was the method of interaction analysis. The statistical population of this study was experts and reviewed resources that were purposefully selected and based on theoretical saturation and secondary sources, 14 experts in the field of women's sports were interviewed, including managers, officials and experts in women's sports. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and a checklist in the qualitative part and a questionnaire in the quantitative part. In order to analyze the data, the coding method was used in the interview analysis section and the structural analysis method was used in the futures section with the help of MICMAC software. The findings showed that the future of women's participation in sports is affected by 22 variables, but the five variables of healthy lifestyle, holding managerial positions, role and function of media, gender justice and investment in women's sports are driving Are changing the future of women's participation in sports. As a strategic conclusion, it should be considered that the realization of a favorable scenario for the future of women's participation in sports requires the attention and focus of policy makers and planners on the variables that can be changed to the purposeful change and improvement of the system.
