The purpose of this research is to present the development model of media capital of ethical athletes. The research method is qualitative and with thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of the research included professors of sports management, selected ethical athletes of the country at the professional level, and journalists, editors and managers of sports media. The statistical sample was estimated and sampled based on reaching theoretical saturation (17 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of the sample, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. The data obtained from the theme analysis method and the theme network formation show that the dimensions and components of media capital of ethical athletes have 6 organizing themes and 33 basic themes. The use of traditional media, the use of virtual media, media participation, media facilities, media literacy and communication are among the factors of the media capital model of ethical athletes. The obtained results can be used for the development of ethical behaviors in the society and provide the context for modeling ethical athletes in the sports community.

The general purpose of the current research is to provide a model of sports ethics among professional coaches in Iran. The current research is a qualitative-quantitative research in which a model based on the moral values of Iranian professional trainers is fitted using the foundational data theory approach. The statistical population of this research includes all professional coaches of various sports fields, which interviews were conducted until the theoretical saturation and lack of access to the code. The research sample in the quantitative section includes 384 people from the community of educators who completed the questionnaire prepared in the qualitative section. The information collected from the questionnaires was used to model structural equations. Descriptive and inferential statistics indicators were used to describe and analyze the research data. The findings of the present research showed that the consequences of designing the sports ethics model of Iranian professional coaches include four social, communication, ethical and organizational domains. Ethical procedures include educational, moral, social and sports strategies, ethical foundations include belief, individual and family foundations that can play a significant role in institutionalizing the sports ethics model of professional coaches. At the same time, paying attention to religious standards, media and organizational requirements are among the ethical priorities of the model, and cognitive, individual, social and organizational issues are among the causal conditions that affect the design of the sports ethics model of professional coaches. It should be mentioned that the sports ethics model of professional coaches has the necessary fit.

The present study was designed and conducted to develop a model of the role of mass media on the development of moral literacy among professional football players in Iran. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the present study in the qualitative part included experts and professors in the field of sports management who had the necessary experience and knowledge about the subject of research and in the quantitative part of the research includes all male football players present in the top leagues and the Azadegan League. Each professional sports team at this level (16 teams in the Professional League and 18 teams in the Free League) has 18 players, of which a total of 612 players were selected as community. The tools of the present study included semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire (21 items and 4 components in Likert type). Open, axial and selective coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part and structural equation modeling method was used in the quantitative part. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 24 and Smart PLS version 2. The results of the present study showed that various types of mass media affect the moral literacy of professional athletes.

Manipulating in sports competitions is among the existing challenges in international sports law, dealt with by the Council of Europe within the Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions. The possibility of non-EU State Membership is among the features of this treaty. Iran is among those countries that face manipulation in sports competitions. Match fixing and Betting has reflected in Parliament’s article 90's Commission's official report. Therefore, the Iranian sports system could benefit from accepting conventional commitments to eliminate defects. What are the odds of Iran's accession to this treaty considering existing obstacles? This article will answer this question using Descriptive - Analytical method and benefits from upstream documents, ICJ Judgments, and doctrine. Findings clarify that invoking reservations on the extradition of Muslims and issuing a declaration on the betting prohibition in the Iranian legal system will pave the way for accession. The accession will cause public awareness of manipulating sports competitions and codifying a concerning comprehensive code, and improvement of transparency in sports institutions in the Iranian legal system.
