The research is to identify the strategies and implications of the presence of women in sports complexes as spectators. The research method was descriptive-analytic with qualitative approach and Delphi method was used for this purpose. The participants were the academic elite of sport management across the country, clerics and law enforcement personnel. The first-round participants were 23, and the second and third round participants were 16. Three rounds of Delphi were used in this regard. The Delphi questionnaire in the third round consisted of 6 components in the strategies section and 4 components in the outcomes section.
Based on an agreement among experts, removing political, security, cultural-social, infrastructure, economic, management and planning barriers beside providing infrastructures were some solutions to dispel doubts. These included important strategies for women to be present. The consequences of women's presence were political, security, economic, and socio-cultural. Promoting political and democratic status in the region and the world, reducing the gap between the government and the will of the people, reducing political pressure on human rights violations are important consequences of women's participation in sports complexes.

The study is to codification of developmental strategy for rural and indigenous sports in Golestan province. The method of the research was analytical- descriptive, in terms of results was an applied and case study. The population of this study included university professors, Ph.D. in physical education, sport and youth leaders and the rural sports bodies which include 94 people. Due to the limitations of society, sampling was carried out on a full count. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to gather the required information. The validity of questionnaire was approved by 10 professors of Ph.D. degree in sport management. The reliability of questionnaire using the method of Cronbach's alpha obtained 82.0. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (tables, charts, etc.) and inferential statistics (Friedman test) were used.
Eventually 12 strengths, 12 weaknesses, 12 opportunities and 10 threats were identified. The results showed that the most important strength was winning medals in some disciplines in the national and international levels. The important weakness was inadequate attention to the sport of rural and tribes. The most important opportunity was presence of different tribes and cultures in rural areas and the most important threat was influence of the western culture adored by the youth. According to the analysis, the strategic position of rural sports is in the WT (defensive) region. According to this, the rural sports development strategies include of 3 SO strategies, 2 ST strategies, 2 WO strategies and 4 WT strategies.

Today, sport as an amazing social phenomenon is of important role in life style. It is a necessary of life and a part of culture and identity of nations in this era. It is a kind of organized an purposeful game in which all the movements are done for improving physical and mental power and skillfulness. So that is necessary to have a strategic plan. The purpose of this study is developing a strategic plan for championship of Semnan province combining SWOT and AHP methods. Descriptive-field research method has been used for this study and to determine the analytical hierarchy process, experts of Semnan championship sport were employed to study the books, related articles and meetings of the Steering Council in this area. The statistical population consisted of 73 managers and members of the board of directors and heads of sports, 43 of experts and heads of sport departments,42 coaches and referees working in the premier leagues of athletic fields , 63 sport champions of Semnan and 29 clear sighted experts. Totally, 152 people were selected based on Morgan chart. After the announcement of the calling, statistical population were asked to announce internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) of championship Sport of Semnan province and after identifying and classification of the ideas, questionnaire of AHP method was designed. Validity (nominal, of content) of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was obtained due to the incompatibility rate of the questionnaire which was 0.89 by Cronbach's alpha. For descriptive data analysis, SPSS software and for hierarchical analysis, AHP Master Software were used. In the survey part 152 people were recruited. The results showed that the strengths are about the organized sport boards (0/321) and the weaknesses are about the young new working staff in sport organization (0/056).About the reason of weaknesses the lack of sufficient number of schools in province was obvious (0/509) and ignoring the basic sports and finding talents was less(0/079).About the opportunities the upper state was for the ideas of leader and governmental staffs (0/365) and the least was for lack of being small and big industries in the province(0/076).About threats increasing number of crime and addiction and divorce (0/312) were the major and lack of the least support of athletes (0/0624) was the minor reason.

The study is to design the Public Sport development strategies in Hormozgan province based on SWOT model. This is a descriptive study by Survey research method. The research population was the experts in field of sports activities in this province who are the members of faculty professors, sport managers and experts, sport management MSC students and all the public sport authorities. We selected 120 people as the sample of study. It was used researcher- made Questionnaire including 4 open and 63 closed questions. Some professors and experts confirmed the validity of the questionnaire and its reliability confirmed by Cronbach 0/ 87. Data analyzing was performed by descriptive statistics indicators, binomial test (nonparametric equivalent of t test), Friedman and analysis of variance using the software SPSS18. After analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and forming of the matrix and evaluation of internal and external factors about public sport in Hormozgan province, it was determined "Hormozgan province sport and adolescence organization" is on WO position that ought to be concerned as conservative strategy.
