The purpose of this study was to identify the technological and educational factors influencing the development of traditional and local games in Mazandaran province. The research method was qualitative. The statistical population were the expert form education and train organization, sports and youth office and tradition sport bodies. For gathering of data, the first phase of the content analysis was 57 internal and external research. The second stage was a semi-structured interview with 30 experts as statistical sample, and The interviews continued until the theoretical saturation was reached. The type was purposeful and accessible. The third stage included interviews with 15 members of the Delphi team, including experts and executives at the traditional and local games. Samples were also targeted and available at this stage. To determine the validity, 7 faculty member and PhD students in sports management were selected and approved. The findings show that the most important affective factors for development of this games include: speed of change and adaptation to new technology, performing traditional and local games in the form of physical education lessons in schools and universities, also, sending students to visit traditional game festivals. Based on the findings, it is necessary to pay attention to local and traditional games in schools along with using new technologies.

Adventure sports have experienced significant growth worldwide, including in Iran, over recent decades. The purpose of the current research was to identify the factors affecting Adventure sports in Iran. This research utilized the fuzzy Delphi method to gather expert opinions, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to classify components and create a hierarchical model, and MICMAC analysis to determine the influence and dependence of each factor. All specialists and experts in the field of Adventure sports were the research community. 16 people participating in the research were selected through the purposeful and criteria-based sampling method. The results and findings indicated that at the sixth level of the model, "participation and presence at the international level" is recognized as an important influencing factor with high driving power. At the fifth level, "comprehensive and widespread support for athletes" was identified as another critical independent factor crucial for the development of infrastructure, training, and inclusive participation. At the fourth level, "economic and financial support" was identified. The factors at the third level, which include "improvement of sports facilities," "integration of development procedures," and "talent search and training system of athletes," were placed in the link cluster, demonstrating their strong interdependence and significant impact on the system. Lower-level factors, such as "taking advantage of scientific findings," "establishing and increasing participation," and "educational supplies and supports," were important but more dependent on the effectiveness of higher-level factors. Overall, the findings recommend a balanced and integrated approach focused on financial support and strategic integration of development procedures.

the main purpose of the research is to recognize the Development strategies for the sports of Palestra (Zurkhanic) and Pahlevani Wrestling and its consequences. The research was a qualitative one and in the spirit of explorative-basic kind. The study participants included all experts and Specialists in the matter who were selected using the Foundation data method that had taken part in national competitions and the executives in the 1401 who were 290 people. As a result of statistics model being limited, the samples were considered to have the same amount of quantity. In terms of quality based of open coding, pivotal and selective and in terms of quantity SPSS software was exerted.Results: From a total of 18 interviews, 338 codes were distracted. After distillation of the similar codes and examining and juxtaposing them and thereafter the removal of all the repetitive concepts, 60 main concepts were identified, in which 13 main were classified.Conclusion:It could be stated that development and strengthening of this sport and promoting it requires the use and practice of optimal management and planning through strategies such as finance, content production manifestation of identity, etc.

Politics, as the developer of national strategies of governments, plays a key role in developing national strategies for sports diplomacy. These strategies should specify goals, priorities, and operational plans; in this regard, sports diplomacy can play an important role in advancing development. Sports, as a powerful tool for social harmony, can help promote health, education, and youth empowerment. The present study aimed to examine the role of politics in the progress of sports diplomacy in developing countries, with an emphasis on the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method was qualitative, using the phenomenological method and in a purposeful manner. The statistical population of the study included experts who had lived experience in the field of sports diplomacy in developing countries, numbering 20 people. These individuals included university professors, sports policymakers, athletes, coaches, managers of sports organizations and federations, sports journalists, and other people related to the fields of politics and sports. The codes were analyzed using MAXQDA software. The findings of the study indicated that the domestic political, social, and cultural factors of countries and the economic factors governing the people can affect the development of sports diplomacy in that country, such that in developing countries, government policies, laws and regulations, and financial and political support from the government have a direct impact on sports diplomacy activities. Also, countries that have comprehensive sports policies and use sports to introduce their achievements and values and cooperate with international media are more successful in the field of sports diplomacy.

The aim of the research was to provide a model for the development of beach soccer in Iran. The current research from the perspective of the paradigm was of the postmodern, with a qualitative approach, in terms of nature exploratory and in the field, based on strategy ground theory and in terms of purpose is a fundamental one. The data collection method was in-depth and semi-structured interviews. The statistical population of the research was experts in the field of beach football and experienced professors with knowledge of sports management in the field of beach soccer, of which 12 people were considered as research samples in a non-probability, purposeful and snowball way. According to the results of the content analysis of the interviews conducted with research experts, 304 primary codes with a frequency of 492 was extracted. In the section of factors affecting the development of beach football, 9 main categories including: media , motivational , talent identification , social , Managerial factors, technical and specialized factors, the factor of human resources activities with a total frequency of 24, the infrastructure factor and economic factors were discovered and counted. In the strategies section, the categories of infrastructure strategies with a frequency of 7, motivational strategies with a frequency of 13, technical and specialized strategies with a frequency of 52, political strategies with a frequency of 5, cultural strategies with a total frequency of 2, educational strategies with a frequency of 23, management strategies with a frequency of 40 and supportive strategies with a frequency of 28 were discovered and counted. In the section of consequences of the development of beach soccer, motivational consequences with a frequency of 5, technical and specialized consequences with a frequency of 20, cultural consequences with a frequency of 7, social consequences with a frequency of 18 and ideal consequences with a frequency of 18 were extracted and counted.

to design a model for the development of sports businesses with the approach of startups using data foundation theory. The research method was analytical and qualitative methodology was used for this purpose. The research strategy was to use data foundation theory. The participants in the study included 15 university professors in sports management, sports club managers, and sports business activists, and the sampling strategy was qualitatively targeted with maximum diversity or heterogeneity. Content analysis of the interviews and coding were used to analyze the data. The research tool was open interview and the results were analyzed based on three stages of open, axial and selective coding.
The findings showed that business development policies, legal factors, innovation in startups, change and change of attitude were the causal factors. Underlying factors included good visual infrastructure, manpower, transparency in startup implementation, customer acquisition and retention, business success patterns and presentation. Also, intervening factors included factors providing the basis for the use of new technologies, production of related content, economic deterrents, and the study of market movements. Strategies for holding specialized startups, support policies for startups, formulation and implementation of laws related to sports startups, supply chain, feasibility study, entrepreneurship through startups. Finally, the promotion and development of sports business, economic development, promotion of industry-university cooperation, customer attraction in sports business formed the consequences of the present study.

This research has been conducted with the aim of designing and compiling the strategic plan of the strategic plan of sports medicine tourism in the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this study, after studying the documents, information was collected from sports medicine tourism experts and sports management. Sampling was performed by the whole method, which was 112 people. The results showed that the country's sports medicine tourism industry has 10 strengths, 14 weaknesses, 10 opportunities and 12 threats in various fields, for each of which the Friedman test was used at the level of p <0.05. The matrix of internal factors of the sports medicine tourism industry showed that the total score of the matrix is 2.927, which shows the strength of the weaknesses of the sports medicine tourism industry in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, the matrix of external factors in the sports medicine tourism industry showed that the total score of the external matrix is 1.573, which indicates the dominance of threats on environmental opportunities in this industry. The general conclusion is that the analysis of internal and external matrix shows that the sports medicine tourism industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran is strategically located in the ST position and in other words it can be said that due to the dominance of forces over the weaknesses and capabilities of the sports medicine tourism industry. The country is also the best option for the growth and development of this industry, as well as the effort to overcome the anticipated threats, the adoption of competitive strategies; And it should be noted that the implementation of this strategy is based on the ability of committed and expert human resources is the key to the country's success in this area.

The research is to study the main drivers of Iranian professional sports development in the horizon of 2035. It was inductive research from the perspective of approach; fundamental from the perspective of orientation; hybrid from the point of view of method; future research from the point of view of strategy; paradigm of complexity theory from the point of view of paradigm and it has been carried out in three steps from the point of view of time. The participants were the experts. The selection of these people was purposeful and 31 people were selected based on the criteria of expertise. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect the data. Lincoln and Guba (1985) evaluation indices were used to audit the research which included validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability. In order to analyze the data, the coding method was used in the interview analysis section and the structural analysis method was used in the futures section with the help of MICMAC software.
The findings showed that the future of the development of professional sports in Iran is affected by 14 variables, but four variables are of government ownership in club ownership. The nature of club management, women's sports and foreign investment are the drivers that shape the future of sports. Iran's professions are undergoing changes. Therefore, the result can be found through influencing and adapting to the mentioned variables, a more active role in guiding and at the same time getting prepared and adapting to the future developments of professional sports in the horizon of 2035.

Rural sports as a part of the country's sports process seeks to put all the villagers in healthy recreational and competitive situations by providing the necessary grounds and creating the right environment and opportunity, and by responding to their basic needs, programs for strengthening the body in sync with to nurture the soul. The research is to design a relational model of factors affecting the development of rural sports. The research method was developmental and the foundation data method was used to achieve the research objectives. The statistical population of the research included managers and deputies of the General Department of Sports and Youth of the province, managers and deputies of sports and youth departments of the provinces, university professors and heads of the sports committees of the province and cities. Considering the quality of the research, the statistical sample was selected using the snowball sampling technique. The data analysis was done based on foundational data theory analysis and through open, central and selective coding. In general, the findings showed the identification of causal, contextual, intervening factors, strategies and consequences of the development of rural sports in Razavi Khorasan, and practical suggestions based on them were also presented.

Sport is one of the topics whose development is influenced by economic, social and cultural development in a society, and as an economic phenomenon, in recent years, a special face and effect has been developed in the topics. The study is to thematically analyze the economic challenges of sports development in the western provinces of Iran. This research was qualitative research and a systematic exploratory study were used. The data collection was done in several ways such as interview, library study and document review. The statistical population included university professors, researchers and analysts of sports economics, managers of organizations and sports centers in the field of sports economics. The research tool was an interview with16 people. Sampling was theoretical and judgmental based on criteria such as specialty, job category, work history, etc. Estimation of sample number continued to theoretical saturation of the extracted components of the research.
The findings showed that a total of 55 economic components were identified as challenges in the development of sports by indoor environment (26) and outdoor environment (29). The frequency of components was in six perspectives of structure and economic management of sport (10), sport industry and market system (10), human and intellectual capital of sport (6), financial and economic resources of sport (12), infrastructure and physical resources of sport (4)) and employment and sports business (13). Therefore, it was concluded that the existing obstacles to the development of sports in the western provinces of the country should be removed.

The study is to investigate the role of horse racing tourism in the economic development of Golestan, North Khorasan, Khuzestan, Tehran and Yazd provinces. It was a descriptive-analytical research, based on the data collection. The data collection tool was interview with 260 people from the managers of the General Departments of Sport and Youth, the heads of equestrian teams, the General Departments of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism, coaches, agility riders and those responsible for organizing equestrian competitions and experts of organizations and the public and private sector institutions in Golestan, North Khorasan, Khuzestan, Tehran and Yazd provinces.
Due to the different groups in the statistical population, the research samples were selected using stratified-random sampling method. The research tool in the quantitative phase of the research was a researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze the data extracted from the questionnaires, exploratory and then confirmatory factor analysis were used by SPSS and AMOS softwares.
The results showed the components of entrepreneurship (15/02), income generation (18/73), marketing (17/37), investment (14/58), media and advertising (12/74), people-centered (10/45), socio-cultural phenomena (10/047), festivals (16/37), human resources (6/56), indigenous model (3/12), land management plan (3/91) and attractions (11/46) are of a significant impact in the economic development of the Golestan, North Khorasan, Khuzestan, Tehran and Yazd provinces. Due to the importance of horse racing tourism, managers and planners of the province's sports tourism sector must pay attention to the development and growth of this industry.

The aim of the present study was presentation interpretive structural modelling (ISM) of marketing in the martial arts federation (martial arts associations). The research method was mixed and applied in terms of purpose and in the field. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included all experts and athletes in martial arts, managers of related federations and in the quantitative section, all managers and experts of the federation, heads of provincial boards, professors of sports management and experts in martial arts. in the quantitative random section and the sample size was selected by using Morgan table (N=384). Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data and Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), Exploratory factor analysis, sample T-tests, Friedman test, Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) tests and SPSS and AMOS software version 23 were used. Findings showed that 12 factors including managerial and planning factors; Process improvement; Creativity; Attention to intangible assets; Advertising and media; Attention to customers; Advances; Cultural values; Marketing techniques; Manpower; There are private sector and sponsors and finally structural factors as effective factors on the development of martial arts federation marketing, all of which have a significant role as effective factors on the development of martial arts federation’s marketing. The results showed that the structural-interpretive model of factors affecting the development of martial arts federation was designed at three levels that can be used as a suitable reference for marketing staff and managers of martial arts federations and martial arts associations.

The aim of the present study was to identify barriers and solutions of Development Employment in sport in South Khorasan province. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and in terms of purpose, it was a type of applied research. In phase qualitative study using semi-structured interviews with experts from qualitative methods were used. In the quantitative phase, according to data obtained from the qualitative phase, questionnaire Includes 12 components and 96 items was designed and distributed. In the qualitative phase, the purpose of the sampling was first and then the theoretical sampling method was used. The process of sampling to theoretical saturation of the categories continued, and a total of 14 individual interviews were conducted. In a quantitative phase, 98 questionnaires were completed by using available and targeted sampling method.The results showed that, in total, about 961 people are equal to 0.44 percent of the employed in the sports sector. The three main categories of society's tendency towards sport, privatization in sport and improving the business environment as the causative factors; four categories of geographical, cultural, economic, and the ability of sports entrepreneurs in the province as the underlying factors; as well as the seven main categories of economic, information, management and legal barriers, Structural, cultural and behavioral as a barrier to job creation in sport in southern Khorasan province. In addition, five major categories of sporting tourism, sports products, sports services, sports competitions and sport education were identified as employment potential in sport field.

The talent identification program is to identify and develop talented athletes to reach the highest level of sport in the world. The study is to identify the factors affecting the development of talent in Iranian volleyball. This research was qualitative and exploratory in nature, which is considered as an applied research. The population was all volleyball experts including the coaches of the national volleyball teams of Iran, senior managers and directors of the Talent Search Committee of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Volleyball Federation, and the members of the faculty of sports management. The sampling method was purposive and snowballing, which was followed by 17 in-depth interviews. The responses were analyzed using the MAXQDA software version 18. From the analysis of the interviews, 15 factors were identified that they were national stars and heroes, training principles and design, education, inter-organizational communication in government institutions, human resource activities, motivational factors, intellectual and psychological factors, anthropometric characteristics, academies, volleyball federation, Higher education, legal factors, family support, value and attitude factors, facilities and equipment. Among these dimensions, the Volleyball Federation factor, academies, anthropometric characteristics, education and training principles and design played the most important role in talent development. In general, the results showed that various factors affect the development of talent management in volleyball in the country. So, it is suggested that research findings be at the forefront of talent search activities in volleyball-affiliated organizations, especially the country's volleyball federation and its affiliates. In addition, research results play a significant role in completing the theoretical foundations of sports management.

The study is to study the performance of sport activities in the provinces of Iran through an analytical and developmental approach. So it considers the comparative nature of sporting input and output in Iran provinces. Accordingly, we used indicators of the number of sports complexes, swimming pool, active coach and training courses as input indicators and index of the number of athletes in the national team as an output indicator (as an effective communication with development), and have been analyzed with the application of the method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) through WinDEAP software.
The results show that the provinces of Tehran, West Azarbaijan, Fars, Mazandaran and Hamedan have a good performance (compared to other provinces) in the sports industry and are considered as the reference provinces (representatives) for other provinces, while other provinces of the country are below the efficient border. In this case, the least performance is related to the provinces of South Khorasan, North Khorasan and Kurdistan, respectively.
Also, the most sensitive indicator in this section is the number of athletes who are members of the national team of each province, which has been used as the benchmark for research.
Also Despite the fact that in areas (such as Isfahan) sports development is gaining in sport by expanding the infrastructure, the sustainable development of this category depends on the cost-benefit of the sports industry and this will be done by investing in sport infrastructure in the five most effective provinces.

The study is to prioritize factors affecting the development of sport for all and sports championship in Iran. The methodology was descriptive and done based on applied research. The population includes: all managers in the Ministry of Sports and Youth (staff managers and operations managers), managers and professionals Sport for all Federation and Secretary of the Federation sports. The sample was statistically equal to the society. The 141 questionnaires distributed among the population, but 117 questionnaires were analyzed. Measuring in this study was done by 2 questionnaires (questionnaire sport for all and athletics) that cross were distributed among the population. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, some professors and experts were answered and reliability test using Cronbach's was reported 91/0. Finally, to analysis the results of descriptive and inferential statistics, Friedman test and Kruskal-Wallis were used. Based on these findings, public health, media, natural spaces, low cost, the development of public sports bodies, the Internet, graduates of physical education, religious teachings and emphasis on the free exercise were, respectively, the most important factors affecting the development of the sport for all. Also, studying the factors affecting the development sport championship showed 9 indicators that affect on these sectors: facilities and equipment, competitions and sporting events, scientific research and the media, talent, financial support, matters related to the coach and sports structure.

Based on Morgan table, 117 persons were randomly selected to quantitative sample. To achieve the study objectives, the list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Iran gymnastic federation were provided, and the final list was completed based on Delphi method. Based on the provided list, the researcher-made questionnaire including 96 items was distributed among the subjects. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and its reliability was examined in a pilot study with 30 samples by Cronbachs alpha which it was calculated as 0.81. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including confirmed factor analysis by application of AMOS software and SPSS software were used. Also, it was used the Delphi method at the qualitative section. The findings showed that there are 14 strategies in devevpoing Iran gemnastics federation. The strategic position of Iran gymnastic federation is located in defensive position.
