The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of jihadist management factors on the behavioral commitment of sport managers in Iran based on the guidelines of the revolutionary leader in sport. The statistical population including all senior managers of the country (n = 900) which was determined by simple random method and based on Cochran table statistical sample (n = 300). The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed and developed in the role of the mass media of 23 questions in 3 subscales (structural dimension, contextual dimension and ethical dimension) and in the behavioral commitment section 12 questions. Validity of the questionnaire was assessed using content validity and construct validity and reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. The results showed that the correlation matrix showed the highest correlation between ethical dimension and behavioral commitment (0.587) and the least correlation between behavioral commitment and contextual dimension (0.342). Also, the most direct impact is related to the Jihadist-behavioral management pathway and the least direct impact is to the structural-Jihadist management pathway and the proposed model has a good fit. Therefore, jihadist management in the organization means an indigenous organization based on Iranian Islamic culture that, by having certain characteristics and characteristics, provides the ground for the emergence of spiritual endeavor and, by increasing the motivation of managers and staff, contributes to the continuous participation and effort in them. Provides the goals of the organization.

The method of research is qualitative and exploratory analysis, which is done by the method of theme analysis. In order to collect information, in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and specialists in the field of sports, people with university education (faculty members) and people with managerial experience in sports organizations and institutions, coaches and sports elites were used. Data analysis in the coding process with the help of MAXQDA software led to the identification of 30 categories in the form of two central codes of positive and negative consequences of sports privatization. Interpretation and analysis of research findings showed that the negative consequences of privatization at the level of sports in the country are more than the positive consequences and there are the widest negative consequences of privatization at the managerial and club level.

Participants in qualitative part were twenty sport coaches and athletes whom had specific criteria purposefully for deep interveiews selected. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis method. In a small step, a questionnaire was prepared using qualitative stage data and after obtaining confirmation of the content validity of the experts, it was completed by 380 respondents. The results of the structural equation model confirmed all the themes. The three basic themes included interpersonal, intrapersonal, and contextutal, respectively. Intrapersonal contained management (organizing, employment, direction, planning, evaluation), coaching skills (humanistic-comunicational, technical-instructional, perceptual-leadership, political), coaching behavior (directional-social, supportive-cultural, specific behavior) and social relations (with associates, stockholders, athletes, media). Contextual themes contained play role (model, specialism, teacher), match situation (tactic, strategy, logestic readiness for match, winning), practice situation (instruction of tactic, technic, promot of fitness), and contextual situations (pupose of sport, players, sport environment). The findings showed that in addition to the themes related to the coach, they have many different roles, tasks and activities, so they need like an orchestration, their own knowledge and art to lay the groundwork for the components and use for each specific situation.

Using qualitative research strategy and the Delphi technique, this study aimed to identify the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting's (IRIB) dysfunctions in sports area. The data were collected through two steps. In the first step, a list of propositions pertaining to the media dysfunctions was prepared through searching bibliographic resources and theories on the communication area. Then in the second step, the elicited propositions were used as a baseline for preparing a semi-structured questionnaire, and the Delphi Technique was used to collect experts' opinions about these propositions. The first and second steps included 20 and 17 experts, respectively. Members of the Group of experts included academic experts in the fields of sport management, media management, public administration and communication and executive experts who have more than fifteen years of experience in the field of media and sports that were selected by purposive sampling. Totally, 18 propositions were confirmed by at least 60% of experts, and six propositions failed to reach the minimum consensus. Eight propositions are consistent with the assumptions of agenda setting theory, three propositions are consistent with the assumptions of use & gratification theory and other propositions are consistent with the assumptions of framing theory, dependency theory, social identity theory, hegemonic theory and disposition based theory. The findings demonstrated that TV, as a media, was not solely an effective phenomenon in sports; however, despite its many positive functions, it had several undesirable functions which have not been dealt with enough so far. Ignoring such functional deviations can diminish even the ideal functions of this media in comparison with its various dysfunctions in sports area.
