The purpose of the paper was to identify barriers to sports startups growth and provide solutions. The research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method, for which the Delphi technique was used. In order to collect data, library studies, interviews and finally the Delphi questionnaire were used. The statistical population of all professors of sports management, sports managers, sports entrepreneurs and specialists in science and Technology Park in Hamadan province was 45 people. The sampling method was purposive and 30 people participated in the study. Three rounds of Delphi were used. The results showed that among the obstacles to the growth of sports startups were; Managerial, socio-cultural barriers, lack of awareness and knowledge, legal barriers, human barriers and environmental barriers that were expressed in proportion to the strategies for the growth of start-ups. It seems that the strategies for the growth of sports start-ups, taking into account the entrepreneurial ecosystem and considering all the stakeholders involved in the sports community, provide favorable conditions such as intellectual property protection, low level of corruption, financial support, supporting research and development as well as improving access to finance can be beneficial to the continued growth of this type of business.

The study is to identify and ranking of the barriers of sport tourists to inter Iran. The method of this study was descriptive survey with the practical purpose. The statistical population was include all persons who had at least one book or two scientific papers in areas related to tourism and the administrative experts in this field with at least a bachelor's degree, who are at least 10 years of experience. Samples were selected through stratified random sampling and the statistical population included of 500 researchers and 450 of experts that 274 samples were calculated and selected. The measurement tool in this research was researcher- designed questioner. The final questionnaire's face validity was approved by experts. To determine the content validity were used exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach s Alfa coefficient was calculated 0/90. Friedman test showed significant differences between the various obstacles of tourists for enter in Iran. The results showed that among the various obstacles, the lack of important sub structural was First rank, The less or lack of activity of international companies was second rank and weakness of publicity and improper marketing in another countries was third rank.

This study is to analyze the factors (i.e. barriers, motives) influencing the time spent by employed women in physical activities. The approach to this study is descriptive and analytical and done according to field research methodologies. Statistical population of this study consisted of all the women employed in state offices in the city Birjand in 1392(Iranian calendar) _N=14978.The research sample was chosen through random cluster sampling and calculated by Cochran’s formula (B=0.05, a=0.05) and resulted in 375 people (n=375). Measuring means for analyzing barriers to working out was five-valued questionnaires with 48 questions and the means for analyzing motives was standard seven-valued questionnaires with 28 questions Data of the research was analyzed by SPSS version 20 and Statistical methods ANOVA. Our findings suggest that in the discussion of the motivation of women working in Birjand ،Inner motive of experiencing had the highest average among inner motives and outside stimulus of self-awareness had the highest average among outside motives. Employed women taking part in the study Easy to imagine the sport in offices with an average of 2.69, Not meet the interests and needs of women in radio and television with an average of 2.7 Fear of injury with an average of 2.8, There veil as a barrier to participation in sports with an average of 2.88، Lack of proper facilities in place with an average of 2.69 and Lack of interest in the sport exhilarating and exciting environment for women with an average of 2.87as the main barriers to participation in sport have chosen.

The aim of this study was to designing private sector participation barriers model in Iranian football clubs that is done using exploratory–descriptive method. professional football clubsُ managers at , football federation top managers and sport management and other sport experts familiar with football clubs were selected as research sample (N= 150). Questionnaire (Validity was confirmed, Reliability (0/87) was used for Data gathering. Descriptive statis, Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were applied for data analysis. Excell, Amos and Spss were used.
The most important barrier is economic (0/79),after that legal(0/63) and structural (0/4)at last. Managerial barriers were not confirmed in final model.
Economic barriers have to a large extent prevented achieving privatization objective of football clubs. So, we suggested that government, sport managers provide Commercial making actions to increase football clubs income sources. Also legal and structural changes are necessary before privatization. Otherwise, as in the past years the privatization of football clubs would be a dream.
