The study is to identify and rank the obstacles to the development of beach soccer in Iran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and data collection was done in the field and in a mixed qualitative and quantitative manner. The statistical population in the quantitative part, including the officials of the beach soccer committee of the federation and the football delegations, the managers of the clubs and the prominent coaches of the national beach soccer teams were equal to 50 people and in the qualitative part, 12 experts. Due to the limited statistical population, the statistical sample was equal to the population. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire including 29 obstacles to the development of beach soccer in the country. The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by 10 university professors and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0/88). The Delphi method was used to identify obstacles to the development of beach soccer and the Friedman test was used to rank the obstacles in the inferential statistics section.
The findings showed that 29 obstacles were identified and prioritized in managerial and executive dimensions and areas, facilities and equipment, financial and economic, attitude and support of officials, and human and environmental, respectively. The officials of the federation should first of all remove the obstacles in the field of management and administration and then remove the obstacles of facilities and equipment in their agenda.

A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Its validity was confirmed by 10 sport management experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (0.81).
To assess the validity of the questionnaire, content validity and confirmatory factor analysis were used. This research is an applied survey and its information was provided on gathering method. In order to investigate the relationship between variables, the correlation between the types of research is measured. For data analysis, one-sample t-test and two samples, ANOVA test, Pearson correlation test, and Friedman test for ranking the factors were used by SPSS20 software. Factors such as the quality of content and website design, the amount of Internet access, the method of receiving goods and how to pay, the speed and ease of using the website, the reliability of the store, the side services and its effective advertising are factors affecting the sales of goods. On the other hand, it was found that the age and education are important factors in the attitude of individuals towards the impact of store promotions on its sales growth.
