The research method is applied and data collection practices is cross- correlation is. To collect the data, KM Gould et al questionnaire (2001) and London and Klingl Questionnaire (2002) were used. Inferential statistical methods to analyze the data obtained from the regression coefficient of correlation and multivariate analysis of variance. The results showed that a meaningful relationship between knowledge management and organizational health in Kurdistan Youth and Sports Organizations- p<0/05 r=0/42 correlation coefficient. So, in the period of knowledge, which is one of our objectives is to develop knowledge management and knowledge of the environment, harmony with the environment and the atmosphere is a necessity.
