The present study is applied in terms of purpose and according to the division according to the method of inference, is descriptive and exploratory. The research questionnaire was made by the researcher and its validity by experts consists of 2 groups of experts. This group of experts includes experts, university professors and specialists in the field of profit management and ethical principles. In this study, descriptive statistical indicators have been used to examine and analyze information related to the general characteristics of respondents and in the inferential and significant statistics section, the effects of variables on each other have been used using structural equations with partial least squares approach. For this purpose, SMART PLS, EXPERT CHOICE, SPSS and EXCEL softwares were used. The results show that the proposed model has sufficient accuracy and power, and according to the achievements of research on the impact of ethical standards, those in charge of affairs in the National Paralympic Committee can emphasize the promotion policies of attracting investors or proposing projects to individuals. Explain these ethical criteria in accordance with the insights and moral or social values ​​of investors. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدلی با پارامترهای غیرمالی در اولویت سرمایه گذاری در امور اجتماعی (با تأکید بر کمیته ملی پارالمپیک جمهوری اسلامی ایران) است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است و با توجه به تقسیم بندی بر حسب روش استنتاج، از نوع توصیفی و اکتشافی می‌باشد. پرسشنامه پژوهش، ساخته محقق بوده و روایی آن توسط خبرگان متشکل از 2 گروه از خبرگان می‌باشد. این گروه خبرگان مشتمل بر صاحب نظران، اساتید دانشگاه و متخصصین در زمینه مدیریت سود و مبانی اخلاقی بوده و در اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحقیق جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مدیران و کارشناسان ذی ربط، موسسات خیریه و نیکوکاری بوده است. در این پژوهش از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی برای بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات مربوط به ویژگی‌های عمومی پاسخگویان و در بخش آمار استنباطی و معناداری اثرات متغیرها روی یکدیگر نیز با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. بدین منظور از نرم افزارهای SMART PLS، EXPERT CHOICE، SPSSو EXCEL بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داده است مدل پیشنهادی از دقت و قدرت کافی برخوردار است و با توجه به دستاوردهای تحقیق در زمینه تاثیر معیارهای اخلاقی،متولیان امور در کمیته ملی پارالمپیک می توانند سیاست های ترویجی جذب سرمایه گذاران یا پیشنهاد پروژه ها به افراد را با توجه به تاکید بر این معیارهای اخلاقی و متناسب با بینش و ارزش های اخلاقی یا اجتماعی سرمایه گذاران، تبیین نمایند https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_506_0e25ac238beeb81d8b626f3839534269.pdf
