Journal Article 2021 06 21 The present study has been prepared with the aim of explaining the sociological factors affecting the attitude towards the development performance of government officials in Iran. . This method was based on a practical purpose and a survey type.390 students of Islamic Azad University and State University - Zanjan were selected by cluster random sampling. The method of data collection was field and using a questionnaire. The validity of the research instrument was confirmed by face-to-face method and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient ).8). Data analysis was performed using SPSS software using descriptive statistics including frequency tables, means, variance and to test the hypotheses, Pearson R and regression. Based on regression analysis: Attitudes of students (State University and Islamic Azad University of Zanjan), to the development performance of government, among middle-aged students (+ 0.13), (respectively the most effect) to: (Attitude to political development V2 (0.49), the attitude depends on economic development V1 (0.44) and participation in X9 elections (+0.14). b) Among the independent variables included in the regression model and independent variables outside the equation, the largest share of change Attitudes toward government development performance (74% of the total variance) are related to students' attitudes toward government political development management and government economic management; Which is directly related to and enhances the attitude of students (elderly and with high participation in elections, including the State University and the Islamic Azad University - Zanjan) towards the development performance of government officials. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین جامعه‌شناختی عوامل موثر بر نگرش به عملکرد توسعه‌ای دولتمردان در ایران می‌باشد. این روش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از نوع پیمایشی بود. 390 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و دانشگاه دولتی- شهر زنجان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها میدانی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه بود. اعتبار ابزار تحقیق به روش صوری و پایایی آن به روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (8/0) تأیید گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از طریق نرم افزار SPSS با به کارگیری آمارهاى توصیفى شامل جداول فراوانى، میانگین، واریانس و برای آزمون فرضیه ها، R پیرسون و رگرسیون انجام شده است. الف) براساس تحلیل رگرسیون: نگرش دانشجویان، به عملکرد توسعه‌ای دولتمردان، در بین دانشجویان میانسال (13/0+)، ( به ترتیب بیشترین اثر) به: (نگرش به توسعه سیاسی (49/.+)، نگرش به توسعه اقتصادی (44/.+) و شرکت در انتخابات (14/0+) بستگی دارد. ب) از بین متغیرهای مستقل واردشده در مدل رگرسیون و متغیرهای مستقل خارج از معادله، بیشترین سهم تغییرِ نگرش به عملکرد توسعه‌ای دولتمردان (از مجموع 74 درصد واریانس) مربوط به، نگرش دانشجویان به مدیریت توسعه سیاسی دولت و مدیریت اقتصادی دولت است؛ که در ارتباط مستقیم و افزایش‌دهندۀ نگرش دانشجویان (مسن و با مشارکت بالا در انتخابات اعم از دانشگاه دولتی و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی - شهر زنجان) نسبت به عملکرد توسعه‌ای دولتمردان قرار دارد. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_527_976b9c249ad91900d289bc76756794d7.pdf
