To determine the role of the club and management in formation deviant behaviors of Iranian Football players, Theme analysis approach was used. The results showed that five categories of "processes", "organization resources", "insights and attitudes", "activities and plans" and "organizational structure" as subordinate and sub-categories of the main factors of organizational factors in the formation of deviant behaviors of the players of the Iranian Football League played a role and also the manager and leadership As the other main category in the formation of diversion behaviors, there are three sub-categories of "skills", "human resource management" and "quality of tasks".<br /><br />According the findings, the club as an organization, manager and coach has been effective in shaping the players Deviant behaviors as the leaders and of the organization, and considering the destructive role of deviant behavior in the Individual performance of players in the Iranian Football League and, consequently, The drop in the performance of teams is necessary. هدف از انجام تحقیق شناسایی نقش باشگاه در شکل گیری رفتارهای انحرافی بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بود که به شیوه کیفی در سالهای 97و 96انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه مدیران باشگاههای حاضر در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران و روسای هیئتهای فوتبال استانهای حاضردر لیگ برتر در فصول شانزدهم و هفدهم لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران و همچنین سایر متخصصان فوتبال و علوم اجتماعی بودند که با توجه به رویکرد پژوهش با استفاده از روشهای نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 23 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت شرکت در جلسات مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. جهت شناسایی نقش باشگاه در شکل گیری رفتارهای انحرافی بازیکنان فوتبال ایران از شیوه تجزیه و تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد.<br /><br />نتایج نشان داد پنج مضمون فرایندها، منابع سازمان، جهتگیری سازمانی، فعالیتها و برنامه ها و ساختار سازمانی به عنوان مضامین فرعی و زیرمجموعه مقوله عوامل سازمانی در شکل گیری رفتارهای انحرافی بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران نقش داشته و عامل مدیریت و رهبری بعنوان دیگر مقوله اصلی در شکل گیری رفتارهای انحرافی شامل سه مضمون فرعی مهارتها، مدیریت منابع انسانی و کیفیت وظایف میباشد. <br /><br />با توجه به یافته های حاصله؛ باشگاه به مثابه سازمان و مدیر و به عنوان رهبر و گرداننده اصلی سازمان در شکل‌گیری رفتارهای انحرافی بازیکنان موثر بوده و با توجه به نقش مخرب رفتارهای انحرافی در عملکرد فردی و به‌تبع آن افت عملکرد تیمی، لازم و ضروری است نسبت به این دو عامل دقت نظر بیشتری شده تا ضمن شناسایی این رفتارها نسبت به راهبردهای پیشگیری و مقابله با آنها تصمیمگیری گردد. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_545_eb10a63c6dc94217c47f423487d192fd.pdf
