For this purpose, an open interview with 18 professors of sports management and mountaineering experts with experience and history of long ascents, a collection of basic themes recycled during the coding process, from which categories were extracted. In the caxial coding phase, the relations among these categories were determined in the form of coding paradigm as below: mountain nature management and strengthening of social values, axial phenomenon: environmental, economic and socio-cultural sustainability, strategy factors include: training, teamwork, experience sharing, environmental attitude and cost management, background factors include: education, respect for nature, cooperation, commitment and responsibility, interfering conditions, including: tolerating the opinions of others, respecting the customs of the natives and observing the principles and rules of mountaineering, and consequences, including: preservation of nature and indigenous culture, employment were determined in the form of coding paradigm. Then and in selective coding phase, all the components of coding paradigm were described and the theory was formulated and presented. Considering the category of sustainable development and mountaineering, which has gained a lot of fans at the moment, and this increase in approach will have different consequences, Therefore, the mountaineering federation and the mountaineering delegations of the provinces should have a review and a well-planned plan for the scientific management of this socio-sports activity. این پژوهش کیفی، با هدف غایی تدوین الگوی توسعه پایدار کوهنوردی کشور با استفاده از طرح سیستماتیک نظریة داده بنیاد انجام شده است. در این مطالعه، با انجام مصاحبة باز با 18 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و خبرگان کوهنوردی دارای تجربه وسابقه صعودهای بلند، مجموعه‌ای از مضامین اولیه طی فرایند کدگذاری باز گردآوری شده، از درون آنها مقوله‌هایی استخراج شدند. در مرحلة کدگذاری محوری، پیوند میان این مقوله‌ها با عناوین ذیل تعیین شدند: شرایط علّی شامل مدیریت طبیعت کوهستان و تقویت ارزش‌های اجتماعی، پدیدة محوری: شامل پایداری زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی-فرهنگی، عامل استراتژی‌ها، شامل: آموزش، کارگروهی، اشتراک‌گذاری تجربیات، نگرش زیست محیطی و مدیریت هزینه‌ها، عوامل زمینه‌ای، شامل: تحصیلات، احترام به طبیعت، همکاری، تعهد و مسئولیت‌پذیری، شرایط مداخله‌گر، شامل: تحمل آرای دیگران، احترام به آداب و رسوم بومیان و مراعات اصول و قواعد کوهنوردی و پیامدها نیز شامل: حفظ طبیعت و فرهنگ بومی، اشتغال در قالب پارادایم کدگذاری تعیین شدند. در ادامه، در مرحلة کدگذاری انتخابی، تک تک اجزای پارادایم کدگذاری توضیح داده شده؛ کلیت موضوع ترسیم گردید و نظریه تدوین و ارائه شد. با توجه به مقولة توسعه پایدار و کوهنوردی که در زمان حاضر طرفداران زیادی پیدا کرده است و این افزایش رویکرد پیامد‌های مختلفی خواهد داشت، لذا فدراسیون کوهنوردی و هیأت‌های کوهنوردی استان‌ها جهت مدیریت علمی این فعالیت اجتماعی- ورزشی بازبینی و برنامه‌ریزی مدونی داشته باشند. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_690_3b53c83659d91e6026f42b103284ad8a.pdf
