This research is of grounded theory type and also of applied type. Spatially, the scope of the study included all professional football league clubs across the country, and interviewees were interviewed on a voluntary basis. Purposeful sampling was performed with maximum variety and snowball technique, which numbered 25 people. The process of data analysis based on the Strauss-Corbin model has been performed in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding, and finally the final research model is presented by combining the codes. After analyzing the content of the qualitative analysis of the interviews, the available data were extracted in various forms using MAXQDA12 software and displayed in tables and graphs.  The data were finally classified into 35 categories and 201 concepts in 7 main categories. It seems that the title “cultural” at the beginning of the name of professional football clubs in our country has not been implemented in practice to a large extent, and it is necessary to eliminate the problems and shortcomings and cultural shortcomings in the clubs. This field should be provided for Iranian football clubs, so that the cultural level of the clubs is at least upgraded to its technical level and shows a worthy and dignified culture of Islam and Iran in the region and the world, and its other blessings are the income of the culture. هدف این تحقیق، طراحی مدل توسعه فرهنگی در باشگاه های حرفه­ ای فوتبال ایران است. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات گراندد تئوری و نیز از قسم کاربردی است. از نظر مکانی، وسعت تحقیق شامل کلیه باشگاه های لیگ برتر فوتبال حرفه­ ای در سراسر کشور می شود و طی آن مصاحبه شوندگان به صورت داوطلبانه مورد مصاحبه عمیق قرار گرفتند. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انجام شد (به تعداد  25 نفر). روند تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس مدل اشتراوس- کوربین در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی صورت گرفت و در پایان مدل نهایی تحقیق با ترکیب کدها ارائه‌ شد. پس از تحلیل محتوای حاصل از تحلیل کیفی مصاحبه‌ها به شکل‌های گوناگون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA12 داده­­های موجود استخراج و در جداول و نمودارها نمایش داده‌ شدند. در نهایت، داده ها در 35 مقوله و 201 مفهوم دسته بندی و در قالب 7 طبقه اصلی طبقه­ بندی گردیدند. به نظر می­رسد عنوان «فرهنگی» در ابتدای نام باشگاه های فوتبال حرفه ­ای کشور ما تا حدود زیادی در عمل پیاده نشده و نیاز است با رفع مشکلات، کاستی­ها و نواقص فرهنگی در باشگاه ها، شرایطی در خور در این زمینه برای باشگاه های فوتبال ایران فراهم آید. بدین ترتیب، سطح فرهنگی باشگاه ها نیز حداقل هم سطح با درجه فنی آن ارتقا می یابد و فرهنگی شایسته و آبرومند از اسلام و ایران در عرصه منطقه و جهان به نمایش گذاشته و سایر برکات آن نیز عاید فرهنگ جامعه می شود. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_692_4e155d94acc798fc7d2390738a4396eb.pdf
