The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of field nature. The statistical population included managers and coaches of sports clubs. 385 people were selected as the sample. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. In the data analysis section, the structural equation modeling method with partial least squares approach and using Pilates software was used to comprehensively study the conceptual model of the research.<br />The findings showed that the legal environment of club management with a path coefficient of 0/820 was of a positive and significant effect on the legal system, the legal system with a path coefficient of 0/829 had a positive and significant effect on the legal development of club management.<br />Based on the findings, it can be acknowledged that the most important consequences of legal institutionalization and civil liability in sports clubs include real observance of justice in dealing with offending sports clubs, response of sports clubs to customer complaints, attention to legal criteria and accountability in formulating club management and marketing programs. Taking legal issues into the decision-making and oversight priorities of sports club management will reduce the harm caused by legal challenges in sports clubs. Therefore, it is suggested to improve the control of club-related legal affairs by strengthening the supervisory mechanisms and emphasizing financial transparency in sports club management and promoting the transparency of laws for customers. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین الگوی نهادینه‌سازی حقوق ورزشی مبتنی بر مسئولیت مدنی باشگاه­های ورزشی انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت میدانی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و مربیان باشگاه‌های ورزشی است. 385 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش­نامه محقق‌ساخته در دو بخش مشخصات توصیفی و سؤالات تخصصی بود. در قسمت تحلیل داده­ها از روش مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده و از نرم‌افزار پی­ال­اس، برای بررسی همه‌جانبه مدل مفهومی پژوهش بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد محیط حقوقی باشگاه­داری با ضریب مسیر 820/0 بر نظام حقوقی، نظام حقوقی باضریب مسیر 829/0 بر مدیریت حقوقی باشگاه‌داری، مدیریت حقوقی باشگاه‌داری با ضریب مسیر 546/0 بر توسعه حقوقی باشگاه‌داری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. بر اساس یافته‌ها می‌توان اذعان کرد که مهم‌ترین پیامدها نهادینه‌شدن حقوقی و مسئولیت مدنی در باشگاه‌های ورزشی شامل رعایت واقعی عدالت در برخورد با باشگاه‌های ورزشی متخلف، پاسخگوسازی باشگاه‌های ورزشی به شکایات مشتریان، توجه به معیارهای قانون‌مداری و مسئولیت‌پذیری در تدوین برنامه مدیریت و بازاریابی باشگاه، قرار گرفتن مسائل حقوقی در اولویت‌های تصمیم‌گیری و نظارت مدیریت باشگاه‌های ورزشی است که سبب کاهش آسیب‌های ناشی از چالش‌های حقوقی در باشگاه‌های ورزشی خواهد شد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود با استفاده از تقویت ساز و کارهای نظارتی و تأکید بر شفافیت مالی در باشگاه‌داری ورزشی و ارتقای شفافیت قوانین برای مشتریان کنترل امور حقوقی مرتبط باشگاه­داری را بهبود بخشید.<br /><br /><br /> https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_726_7ef6f5811e2613f498df5e2fecd26def.pdf
