The rate of divorce in our country has had an upward trend in recent years؛adreasedta;. According to family experts, often couples have mentioned unfaithful spouse as one of the divorce factors. As regarding to unpleasant consequences that extramarital relationships have for families and their children, the main goal of the present study is to study the affecting factors the extramarital relations qualitatively. To this end, 24 couples in the town named Qorveh - who had had unfaithful to their spouse and had referred to Welfare and counseling center- were selected by purposive sampling method and were studied with semi-structured in-depth interviews. Analysis of the data using a grounded theory revealed two categories of social and psychological factors caused the marital satisfaction and the extra-marital relations that they are respectively: forced marriage, attachment to spouse family and their involvement, attitude differences on gender roles, sexual and emotional dissatisfaction and suspicion. In other words, the mentioned factors provide context for dissatisfaction, loss of interest and understanding and in some cases the extramarital relations. روابط فرازناشویی یکی از چالش های اساسی زندگی خانواده در عصر کنونی است. همچنین، در کشور ما آمار طلاق یک روند صعودی را در طی سالیان اخیر تجربه  کرده است؛ طبق نظر کارشناسان خانواده در اغلب موارد، زوجین بی وفایی همسر را به عنوان یکی از عوامل طلاق ذکر کرده اند. با توجه به پیامدهای ناگواری که روابط فرازناشویی برای خانواده و فرزندان آن ها در پی دارد، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه کیفی عوامل موثر بر برقراری روابط فرازناشویی بوده است. بدین منظور 24 نفر از زنان و مردان در شهر قروه -که به همسرشان بی وفایی نموده و به مراکز بهزیستی و مشاوره مراجعه نموده بودند- به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب و با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساخت یافته مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نظریه مبنایی نشان داد، دو دسته از عوامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی و زیستی- روانی، نارضایتی زناشویی و روابط فرازناشویی را رقم می زنند که به ترتیب عبارت اند از از: ازدواج اجباری، دلبستگی به خانواده منشأ و دخالت آنان، اختلاف نگرش بر سر نقش های جنسیتی، نارضایتی از روابط جنسی و عاطفی و سوء ظن و بدبینی. به عبارتی عوامل مذکور زمینه را برای نارضایتی، کاهش علاقه و تفاهم و در مواردی روابط فرازناشویی فراهم می کنند.  https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_73_91203e4589da34176993a4af65b58ad2.pdf
