This research was based on the purpose of developmental-applied type and in terms of method it was exploratory. The method of conducting this research was qualitative. The society included scientific elites (university professors) and experimental elites (sports managers at the level of trustee offices). The statistical sample in the qualitative section was a targeted sampling of desirable cases, which was interviewed with 13 experts. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Acceptability, transferability and verifiability were used to determine reliability and the coefficient (86.20%) was obtained and the reliability of the interview was confirmed. Micmac software was also used to draw the structural-interpretive model. After analyzing the interviews, 26 indicators were obtained in the form of 4 concepts in the field of threats and 20 indicators in the form of 4 concepts in the field of opportunities. The result of interpretive-structural modeling showed that the highest level of influence was related to the component of management problems and the highest level of influence was related to the advertising opportunity. Considering the high impact of management problems outside the sports system, the need for coordination between different institutions and the importance of dealing with sports in non-sports organizations is felt. هدف این پژوهش تدوین مدل بیرونی ورزش قهرمانی استان خوزستان بر مبنای مدلسازی ساختاری- تفسیری بود. این تحقیق بر اساس هدف از نوع توسعه‌ای- کاربردی و از نظر روش از نوع اکتشافی بود. شیوه انجام این تحقیق به صورت کیفی بود. جامعه شامل نخبگان علمی (اساتید دانشگاه) و نخبگان تجربی (مدیران ورزش در سطح ادارات متولی) بودند. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی از نوع نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع موارد مطلوب بود که با 13 نفر از خبرگان مصاحبه شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه از نوع نیمه ساختاریافته بود. جهت تعیین پایایی از مقبولیت، قابلیت انتقال و قابلیت تأییدپذیری استفاده شد و ضریب (20/86%) به دست آمد و پایایی مصاحبه تایید شد. همچنین به منظور ترسیم مدل تفسیری- ساختاری از نرم افزار Micmac استفاده شد. پس از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، 26 شاخص در قالب 4 مفهوم در حیطه‌ی تهدیدات و 20 شاخص در قالب 4 مفهوم، در حیطه‌ی فرصت‌ها به دست آمد. نتیجه‌ی مدلسازی تفسیری- ساختاری نشان داد بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری مربوط به مولفه‌ی مشکلات مدیریتی و بیشترین میزان تاثیرپذیری نیز مربوط به فرصت تبلیغات بود. با توجه به تاثیرگذاری بالای مشکلات مدیریتی در خارج از سیستم ورزش، لزوم هماهنگی بین دستگاه‌های مختلف و اهمیت پرداختن به ورزش در سازمان‌های غیرورزشی احساس می‌شود. https://faslname.msy.gov.ir/article_924_cb406828f658ac8d345bcd80a0eda280.pdf
